So I went into tru value to get some plumbing parts as I entered the door I was rudely confronted by some guy later found out he was the owner as I continue through the store to get the parts I needed this guy the owner come up to me and rudely grabbed me by my jacket and yanked me almost completely off of my feet I turned to him in complete shock asking him whats ur problem he stated to me need to f...... leave my store I not welcome I no like ur kind I asked him whats that suppose to mean he then told me that I needed to get my white ass outta his store so I did then he follow cursing at me so I left please be aware of this man he scared me and my wife

Lots of variety good potential. But we stopped by while waiting for our pizza to be ready. There was a lady that asked us is we needed help finding anything and we said no just looking for dremel tooling. She then proceeded to fallow us and make excuses to other employees, so she could keep fallowing us. We went to 4 different isles just to see if it was a coincidence, but it was not. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Creepy and made me feel like a low life, like we were going to be stealing stuff. Lost our business today and we will never shop here again. I have never felt this way at Home Depot or lowes and will continue to shop at these two stores.

Awesome location I just love that this place is right across the street from my house especially when doing projects at home. Usually friendly but I guess they are entitled to have their days like the rest of us. A few pesos more then the larger retail home repair places but that is to be expected as they are not doing the volume but at least you do not have to walk 5 miles to find what you are looking for and you do not have to deal with heavy parking traffic.

The guy was super nice. He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door (which isnt as common as you think). They had a wide variety of what I was looking for, for a great price. Definitely would rather go here and get great customer service than Home Depot where employees couldnt care less about your business. He was knowledable on the products. I can say he definitely cares about his customers.

Great personal service and lots of variety for a small store. Very competitive prices with Home Depot. I used to have to go to Home Depot for things but now I can get almost anything I need from here. They even ordered some deck stain for me in quart sizes and Home Depot said no to that when I asked them. I will alway go here over Home Depot as long as they have what I need.

My girlfriend and I (we are a lesbian couple) came in looking for one thing and the man who was working was very very helpful and incredibly kind as the man in front of us in line was giving us dirty looks. Once he left the man working apologized and told us we made a beautiful "unit". Wonderful customer service and very refreshing in todays very homophobic community.
