Avoid the Wilco pet grooming salon! Paid extra for dremel on nails and nails are still raggedy and snagging on things. Obviously someone doesnt know what a dremel finish should look like. Paid for glands, were told nothing expressed. Went straight to vet who said glands were impacted again... groomer didnt recognize impacted glands? Just said "didnt express anything.." Our dog was put in a high cage, tumbled to the floor as the attendant got him out without having a hold on him. Walking dog back through the store, he kept shaking his head, blood all over his neck and face. Went back to tell the groomer. No one there to talk to! The cashier at the front was WONDERFUL. She found cut on the ear where dog was bleeding from. Sincerely concerned, kind and helpful. This was our 2nd time to Wilco grooming. First time got a lacksadaisical non-caring vibe. This time proved that impression correct. We wont be back. Take your pets someplace where people care about their work and your animal.

The staff is always helpful. They are very knowledgable and if one doesnt know the answer they find someone who does. Weve bought from all the different departments often and each has been very helpful. Farm section has been the most used by us. Theyve always had the feed we need in the amount we need. We always seem to walk out with more than on the list. LOL. Also weve bought chicks/ducklings/birds from them for years now and never had any issues. This year weve been eye-balling the bunnies... hahaha who knows a couple may hop in the truck on the way home. Thanks Wilco (McMinnville) for being so helpful and polite.

I have visited Wilco on many of occasions in the past 2 years. They are out of livestock feed most times I go. I bought some boots for my husband that didnt fit right. I tried to get the right size and for 4 months they still dont have the right size. They called one day and said they had the size in and the called a few moments later and said they didnt have them in. On a good side most of the people are friendly enough. I try to avoid this store if at all possible and will pay more for an item so I dont have to deal with them. I have driven an extra hour to avoid this store.

Not only does Wilco have everything for the perfect garden or farm or livestock operation, but they are extremely community-minded. For more than 20 years they have graciously allowed our group, Yamhill County Women for Agriculture, place our gift packs on tables in their stores in McMinnville and Newberg during the Christmas holiday season. Since it is our ONLY source of funds for supporting youth ag groups, like 4-H and FFA, we truly appreciate it.
