Very dissapointing customer service. Once was charged twice for a single item. The other time the manager wouldnt accept a return claiming the pants were shortened. However I know the pants were in the same condition I purchased only 3 days ago. So I argued why would a person spend $10 or so to shorten pants that costed only $20 on sale and then return it? It could either be that BR had an inferior product, or someone else shortened and returned it before, but the manager was very obnoxious to accept that fact. It is very frustrating when somebody implying something that people didnt do and gave a political "well I didnt say you shortened it" statement.

The Best Customer Service! Exceedingly helpful and friendly. They make shopping a pleasure. If you have every shopped at the downtown location, they are like the opposite of that snotty store.
