By far the worst forever 21 Ive been in. The only sizes are xs, s and if youre lucky theres a medium! The employees are snotty and will not crack a smile AT ALL. Everything is on racks that arent marked correctly as far the discount signs go. Had to price check quite a few things and that seemed to irritate the cashier.

Terrible customer service. Completley awful. The store is an absolute mess.. No one asks if you need any help. No one welcomes you or says anything to you. All the employees have terrible attitudes and no one smiles. I did not get a thank you for making a purchase, have a good day, nothing.
