Dont ever get a TJX Rewards card First of all I never received my card so I call the store they were very nice and gave me a number to call.I called the number and the man was also very nice and said I would not be charged any late fees. I asked how can I make a payment if I had no account number he then said he would send me a copy of my statement. A week later I got my card and statement the same day so I went to the store to make a payment they told me they cant receive payment at the store I have to mail it or do bill pay Ok I go home set up a bill pay account pay half of the bill. the next day I receive an other statement they charged me $5.21 interest charge on some thing I had no control over I would of made a payment if I had some Info. Ok now Im upset so I call the Lady tells me there is nothing she cant do, So I say ok give me the balance and Ill pay it of and close the account (fine she then said I can pay by card or check I say ok what ever one will be fine OMG she said ok there is a $10.00 charge for making a payment I WAS Thinking WHAT THE He## you going to charge me $10.00 to make a payment she said yes there is no place that will not charge for making a payment I just had to laugh I thought I was being punked!!!! I have never been charged to pay off an account be for.and I told her so. She says you can pay with bill pay through your bank with no charge. OK Now how do I close my account I can do that for you Finally she is some help!!! Im so sad because If they Knew how much money I spent at Home Base and TJX they would had made out better to eat the $5.00 Interest. I love the store but not the card Ill just use one of my other cards

Manager and employees did not know how to ring up a manufacturers coupon (Attention Manufacturers theyre not taking your coupons) ..... I suspect its a simple process of running it under the bar code scanner ....... also the place is way expensive (compared to 20 years ago)...... Ive got better deals at Macys and Nordstoms ......... but its popular so I guess the laws of supply and demand are at work here

Large store. Went at Christmas time and they had a welcoming holiday display. Conveniently located next to the outlets.
