This particular store has very poor customer service. Im a long time Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack shopper and I went in today to return something for the first time. I had no recipet but did have the card it was purchesed on. The cashier looked at me like I was trying to get over on her and the "PIC" took her side when she called her over. They would not return my shirt that had only been worn once and clearly had a defect. I took the shirt to Nordstroms at Washington square and they gladly did my return and made me feel 10x more welcomed. The Tanasbourne Nordstrom rack clearly lacks properly trained customer service based employees. I am HIGHLY disappointed with the way I was treated and will drive 20mins out of my way before I ever drive to my neighborhood Nordstrom Rack again.

This place is a joke, the staff are rude and unhelpful. I went to return some items I got as a gift and since I got them as a gift I didnt have the receipt. The girl at the counter was rude she wouldnt listen to anything I had to say and took 20 minutes doing nothing just to tell me she wouldnt return them and that I should just give them to someone else as a gift. I wont be shopping here anymore and neither will any of my friends or family. I would have been happy with in store credit it didnt have to be cash but they would rather lose customers then return a couple items that werent even priced over $40.

This is actually one of the top four selling Nordstrom Racks in the country. With no sales tax, it is a high performing store. Due to this volume, they will sometimes get some incredible products in there. Go ahead and and dig through. It can take time, but it is worth it.

felt like an older store... compared to the nordstrom rack downtown, there was way less selection for designer jeans and tops. i hardly saw anything with additional percentage off stickers. ive had better luck at the downtown store.

Love coming here to buy Quality Stuff at bargain prices!! I bought a great pair of jeans that were normally $75 for $20! You can find great deals here. Some great, and some not so great. You just have to look HARD!

Bought a $200 pair of pants here for $70 and as a guy I would never spend that kind of money but the deal was perfect. A lot of other fashion here is also a steal. Will be coming back again!
