Saturday night my husband and I stopped by your newberg location to purchase dog beds and some garden supplies. We are regular customers at this location, as we buy our dog food there and various other things. We had our small two year old son with us and he had his precious security blanket that he adored and was given at birth. When we returned home, the blanket was not with us. The store had closed so I called first thing on Sunday morning to ask if it had been found. No such luck. In the evening I called once again, hoping it had turned up during the day (they didnt offer to take my info in case it showed up). It had not turned up and I was given a snappy and short answer and hung up on. While running errands today, I decided to stop in one last time to ask if it had been found. The lady in the clothing department was kind and used her radio to call the supervisor and inquire about the blanket. This individual/supervisor, a woman in her 50-60s (guessing) was not 20 feet away when she responded "that lady has called a few times, and we dont have her damn blanket." I was stunned by such an awful and disrespectful response that I immediately left the store. I can assure you this experience will be shared, store managers will be contacted and we will never buy from this store again. The staff, this woman in particular, needs to be advised that this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Had I called 20 times, I should have still been treated with kindness and understanding.

Wilco has everything you need to care for your pets, garden and cowboy lifestyle. I generally go to Wilco to purchase pet supplies for my cat, like food, medicine and vaccines. The store has an organized layout so everything is easy to find. The middle of the store has all the gear a fashion-forward farmhand and rodeo-goer needs, including cowboy boots and hats. There are plenty of clothes and accessories for women, as well. My husband likes to visit Wilco to purchase garden supplies, which is sold in abundance. In addition to garden tools and soil, the store sells seeds, bulbs and live plants. The staff at Wilco is very friendly and knowledgeable in the sections in which they work. There is always an expert on-hand.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It had the most HORRIBLE and rude customer service I have experienced in a long time. We went on a family outing with relatives from out of town and were treated with contempt and judgement from the beginning by a lady named April. I will never step foot in this store again unless they completely change their treatment of customers, especially when it affects children!! Needless to say, we had children in tears afterward who were traumatized and very upset by our experience there. Beware of their customer service and attitude problems....And especially April!

I have shopped at this store for some time. I bought some things and needed to return one of the items. I called and the person on the phone was very helpful and nice. I went into the store a week later and spoke with two people in the gardening section. They were both not helpful. You could tell that they did not want to help and were not pleasant at all. Im new to gardening and instead of being helpful, the main person was very demeaning in her tone and delivery. Ive had worst customer service but this day has definitely went into the books. No longer a customer. Middle finger to them.

On Dec 10 2016 I purchased a Viking Jacket.I then took it home and wrapped it.I couldnt wait!!I let my boyfriend open it early. It had a defective zipper. I then cpuldnt find the receipt. Two weeks had already passed. So I called.A lady named Amanda then transferred me to Courtney. She told me to bring it in.I did.It was great. They swapped it out for the same jacket with a working zipper! !So much appreciated. Thanks Wilco employees! !!!

So disappointed in our local Wilco! Been a longtime customer and today I noticed some loose straw that had fallen out from the straw trailer. I asked the young man if I could grab a couple handfuls for my chickens nesting box. He said sure they were just going to throw it away. When I was about to take a couple handfuls another rude employee said " no we dont do that here". So rude and disappointing!

Friendly staff every time we shop here, but the store itself is pretty small compared to the McMinnville store that we are use to. Has a lot of clothes and horse stuff. Not so much of the hardware/ tool selection though. The service is always great whenever we go there though!

Decent selection, though not their biggest location. Make sure to gps it your first few times going. Its hard to spot from the main road and takes a few odd turns to get to from hwy 99.

Good store, wish there were more choices in nylon tack for horses but other than that their store is always friendly and helpful.
