Love shopping at Wilco Farm but I will not be using the groomers again. Twice the groomers were rough with my senior dog. The first cut her bottom so short she had some bloody spots, this last visit we set the appointment for 12:30 and they didnt get to her until 4pm. Plus both times they were rude with me, all I did was gently remind them that she has arthritis and cant hear as well as her vision is bad. We had a great groomer that set an appointment and was able to work on our girl while visiting with us. No roughness or rude comments.

Generally another department store in our area can meet a good many of our needs, plus theyre open 24 hours a day. However, Wilco excels in depth of hardware supply, quality & variety of animal needs, as well as quality & variety of clothing & tools. It feels good to pick up an item looking for the "Made In China" label & see the "Made In USA" label & know that the money we pay for an item goes to support other Americans.

Been running out of food a LOT lately. You know that animals generally cant make it a few days without food, right? You guys know you are in the business of animal feed? A little lesson for you that we learned a long long time ago--keep a little extra in stock and rotate it First in, first out. Its the way folks did it in the old days.

I purchased two of the finest beer drinking lounge chairs a man could ever want here. I also purchased a hummingbird feeder that is damn fine. The employees are helpful and courteous.
