My 3-star review isnt so much about the actual store performance itself rather than just FedEx/Kinkos in general. I went in there for what I would consider an emergency. Had to print a 16-page contract that night. I have a printer, just wasnt working at the moment. They cost an arm and a leg to access your own email and print something from their computers. So, alternatively, they offered me the option to send my attachment to their email and wait for a code back to enter into the printer. It was 7 pm. The CSR informed me that it would take a minute so just hang out. No biggie. I waited for about 20 mins and my phone died. No one offered up a charger (droid, everyone has them or apple) or any other way to access this attachment. The lady was nice, just doing her job. If it were privately owned, that person wouldnt feel like their job was in jeopardy over a simple act of kindness. THATS why Im giving a 3 star review....ended up leaving and you guys didnt get any of my money. Thats how it goes. I took my business elsewhere.

Obviously they have had employee change since the last review written. I waited 40 minutes for help when the store was completely empty. The man behind the counter was doing something OBVIOUSLY more important than helping the only customer in the store. I paid for 80 prints and only got 8 because I was tired of waiting. He told me to get the rest of the prints I would have to wait a little longer. I had already been there almost an hour. He treated me like I was an inconvenience to him and what he was doing. So I left, I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional this man was. I will never go to this branch again.

I hate this place. I have only gone in a few times, but each time was for a good sized project. I always bring in everything so that it is ready to be printed and assembled. Each time I went in they always tried to charge me "processing" fees to do what I had already done. The last time I was in there, They wanted to charge me $30 extra for "processing" which literally entailed 5 mouse clicks and 10 seconds of work. My business is going elsewhere...

I got rid of my printer a few years ago. Didnt use it much anyway and i got tired of wasting money on print cartridges. So I started using this place for a few bucks a pop whenever I really really need to print something. Its convenient, reasonable, comfortable, and printouts are high quality laser copy. Pretty awesome.

Horrible wifi so that there is no way to bring in your own computer to email files, etc, but they do have their own computers that you can use for .35 cents a minute---if you want to continue to be charged for service you do not need. They conveniently charge you more. For simple printing, they are okay.

The other customers who shop here are usually obnoxious and rude. I am so sorry for the folks who work there. They are super patient with customers who expect them to stay open forever because they think they are special. I hope the employees get paid well to deal with all the difficult people.

Its tough to get good service anywhere in Portland it seems. Maybe people are over it. But not here! I got help from the blink 182 tattood cutie behind the counter twice in 2 days when I was updating my resume. I was bummed about loosing my dream job & he was an angel. Thank you so much.

This is the main location I use to get my landscape designs photo copied. Every time I go there - without exception - their employees are happy, helpful and proactive. Would recommend that location to anyone needing the type of services they offer.
