I want to balance out the disgruntled reviews, as I dont think those alone are an accurate reflection of this place. Ive used this FedEx/Kinkos for several years, and there are always plenty of customers and Ive never had an issue with the shop. They sometimes have a long wait, but no different than other busy print shops. They have never messed up an order for me, and Ive made many orders over the years. I order oversized prints (drafted pages) via their online print shop; they print them for me on their quality machine; I pick them up 4-6 hours later. No issues. I use this FedEx because they have a great printer and because they can take my originals digitally. Their oversize printer is high quality and their staff is reliable and professional. I trust them to print all my oversize plans properly and, to date, they always have.

I used to print and use PCs at Kinkos in the past. No more. Heres why: I went into Tanasbourne Fedex store (on NW 185th) to make some color copies. Paid 63 cents for each copy. While coming out I noticed a sale sign put up by the UPS Store next door...They charge only 39 cents for the same copy!!! Several days later I had to print a couple of signs for my sons birthday party (24x36). Fedex quoted my over $125 for two signs and they couldnt do it till next Wednesday - 3 days after the party. Went into the UPS Store - they charged me $57 and got my print the same day. The owner was very accommodating (they stayed a bit past their closing time to print my signs), associates greeted me warmly, and seemed happy to be there...must be a good place to work. To top it all off - they are a local, family owned business!!!

Called them at about 4:23 on a Saturday with a frantic request to print a "program" (or brochure) for a celebration on life that started at 5:00 that same afternoon (we had been asked to pull something together for a friend only an hour or so earlier). Instead of laughing at me or responding with skepticism, which would have been understandable given the circumstances; they said "save it to a flash drive and well print it when you get here". In less than 15 minutes, I was out the door with 50 folded, color booklet style programs on nice paper. They allowed me to come through for a friend when I had no business expecting to be successful. Wish I could give them Six Stars!!!

As a freelance graphic designer I have had relatively complex print jobs to tackle on short notice and have found this location to provide the best ink results. The management seems to prefer that walk-ins use the self-service machines but due to my above-average expectations and very specific paper needs I end up having to go to the counter. This process could be time consuming (bummer for both customer and management) but I have sailed through because I knew exactly what paper and what print processes I needed. It has been my experience that if you come knowledgeable and prepared then the management will be glad to help you at a the counter.

Ask for prices before youre stuck paying. It cost me $16.20 to fax 10 pages I could go to Walmart and print out a bunch of pictures for less than that and the sad part is no one said how much it was going to cost per page until after it went through so I had no other option but to pay, yeah because I can totally just blow $16.20 right now for medical documents to be faxed. Had I known, I would have physically driven to the Medical office and dropped the papers off there because the gas is cheaper! Im not ever going to come to this or any other FedEx location for that matter - for any services at all- ever again.

I went in not sure what to expect after reading the other rating, however I was greeted warmly when I entered the store and the dude helped me out from beginning to end. I needed to print up a resume on nice paper from my cameras disk as I couldnt find my thumb drive. The copier was giving him trouble but he figured it out and I was on my way within 15 minutes!

Been here multiple times to drop off my package. The employees offer a mediocre experience. They do their job to offer services, package the item, and have it shipped. There is a lack of friendliness toward customers, sometimes not even a proper "good bye" or "have a nice day". Not exceptional service. Try UPS.

Horrible place. They told they dont take cash and made me open an fed ex accounts an then some technical snag they said 5 of my credit cards are invalid. !!!!! I called the 800 number and found they accept cash and the guys over there said no cash. All the best

On multiple occasions Ive had rude and incompetent staff at this location. Recently had them tell me a package could not be shipped because it "wasnt in a shipping box", which is absurd since it was in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box and was well packed.

Very bad experience recently with one lady Meetrae at front desk, very unprofessional , was not at all willing to help customers.cancelled my fedex account.I have been a customer since 2012 prefer using USPS at space age gas, very quick and friendly.

Staff is really helpful... After they notice you standing there waiting for like ten minutes. Prices seem to be on the expensive side, but I guess thats what happens when you go to a retail print shop.

Print & go kiosks are slower than 1996 dial-up, avoid if you are in any sort of hurry. Its literally taken over 20 minutes just to access my google drive files, let alone print them.

Clean and quiet place. Prices are sky-rocketing! I needed a passport photo. They told me the minimum is 2 photos and the price was $15! $15 for 2 photos! Like seriously!

I walked in to ship something and they were very welcoming. The cashier found the cheapest price to ship what I had and was out within 10-15 minutes.
