Went in January 3 at 9:30AM to get some proofs to make sure font size/layout of my project looked right and had the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. As a graphic designer I have worked with several printers, both large scale and at centers like this, and have never been treated so poorly. As soon as I walked in the two women working acted as though I was interrupting their day. When the self-serve machine wouldnt read my drive I asked for help and the older lady acted like I didnt save my file correctly, then walked away. The woman at the front desk was no different, I asked for her help in the self-service center and she clearly had no interest in helping and just said "we cant know why its not reading your flash drive". I will definitely not be returning to FedEx Office for future projects as neither the employees nor the equipment seem capable of handling even the simplest of jobs.

My mother went to FedEx Kinkos Fort Union on my advice. Service was DISPICABLE. The guy there didnt help at all. He said that he couldnt and wouldnt make a copy of music that was "copyrighted" and rudely walked away and wouldnt even allow her to use the copier herself. It is not copyrighted anymore. Classical music used for a noncommercial purpose with unnamed publisher. PUBLIC DOMAIN... I went to Cottonwood FedEx Office to meet my mother there and Ashley was AN ANGEL!!! She SAVED THE DAY... GO TO COTTONWOOD or HOLLADAY FEDEX OFFICE... FIVE STARS FOR THE COTTONWOOD OR HOLLADAY FEDEX... ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE FOR FORT UNION!

Theyve never been friendly, convenient, or fair-priced. I asked if they would match OfficeMaxs prices, they said they would if I had it in writing. I went back and got a nice guy at OfficeMax to write down their price for me, and took it back to Kinkos. Then she said she wont accept a hand-written letter, even though it was on OfficeMax letterhead!!??!?! Very rude, this is why I never shop at Kinkos and never will.

Had a large (600 sheet) set of construction plans printed and shipped here for my company. The same woman Crystal, kept me updated throughout the printing process and worked with us on getting everything billed and shipped correctly. Over all very attentive and helpful staff.

Greeted at the door by an associate who took care of my needs directly. There was a problem with the document I wanted printed and the staff quickly converted it to another format and got it printed. She then helped me with faxing it. Impressive and efficient service.

They have no idea about copywrite law and will pretty much do anything and everything to prevent you from proving them wrong. I had the copywrite info up and on my phone, said they refused to print for me because it wasnt written permission.

This is a pretty standard FedEx office location. The staff tended to be slow to help, but were friendly all the same. Price point is rather high, considering there is an office supply store a couple of doors away.

I love this place! They greet you when you walk through the door. The staff is always helpful. Also, they have always delivered my packages on time and give me a call if they have any problems.

Rude phone staff. Talked to 3 different employees. All were curt and unprofessional. And were not willing to refer me to any other store. I got a boatload of "I DONT KNOW"s. Ugh.

I am extremely pleased with how fast they shipped my package. It was supposed to take 4 days and it arrived in 2! And I didnt have to pay extra money for the fast service :)

No skills staff, it took them 45 minutes to print a simple pdf document. After it was finally done an inch of each page was chopped off.

The staff at this branch are always very attentive. More so than other local FedEx stores that I have stopped in at in the Salt Lake area.
