I am truly upset with UPS and this store. First, UPS attempted to deliver my package to the wrong house and left the tag that said to pick it up at the UPS Store on that persons door. I on the other hand found out because of the electronic shipping process on the UPS website. So the following day I went to retrieve my package to find that someone else had already come and picked it up. Their policy requires that Government Issued Identification be presented to authenticate the person picking up the package. This was not done. They took the door slip as good enough identification and gave it to them!!!! Completely shook me that they would allow someone else to pick up something for me that wasnt me. So now we have no clue where it is or who came to pick it up.

Its totally awesome when you get an email saying your package has been delivered, and its nowhere to be found... These people at UPS are so careless and reckless, and they drive through my neighborhood waaayyy above the speed limit, and they never even knock on the door.

They basically knock down my front door to deliver a package and then I say youre gonna get caught because they go 40 miles per hour and my neighborhood says 25 but then they say that they dont care. Then I find them being suuuuper off task with what I order.
