Very helpful and professional. Nice employees. I recommend this establishment. - As far as some of the earlier reviews, I just wanted to say that I too had a flat I was mailing to Australia, and yes, I was quoted $70.00 - However, the employee explained very nicely to me that since this is a "FedEx" establishment, their shipping fees, include overnight delivery all over the world. (Try booking your self on a flight to Australia for less than $70.00 overnight). He was quick to refer me to a United States Post Office after asking what I was sending, which was some personal paperwork and a magazine issue. He asked if the package was on a deadline, and no it wasnt, so he kindly said to me, you can always go to a post office for a simple mailing and save your self a lot of money. We all saw the Tom Hanks film "Castaway", right ? About a Fed Ex employee who teaches the importance of timing to other FedEx employees all over the globe, and his plane goes down, his character is alone on a deserted island for years ... As far as copies, faxing and purchases they have normal low rates, and great merchandise and office supplies. If you cant work a copier, a friendly employee is always standing by to help you. Sometimes, speaking kindly with another human being, you will find yourself being treated kindly in return. And try not taking a price quote as a personal attack. - By the way, I took his advice and went to a USPS, and my package reached its destination to Australia in less than one week for about $5.00 Ive used their services many times and have never ever been treated rudley, I found quite the opposite as a matter of fact.

Updated from 1 star to 4. After calling the help line again, and having someone on the national line assure me in all seriousness that a delivery person was not supposed to ring a doorbell (on a 2 story apartment with a lobby), I was turned over to the Emeryville staff. I asked for clarification on that statement about the doorbell (the representative agreed - that was false) and the earlier issues. She told me shed call me back with a solution, and that did happen. They agreed to deliver the package by the end of the night to resolve the issue. Im a bit confused about the widely disparate levels of competency in this ordeal, but some people in Emeryville are (thankfully) very with it. Original post: Their driver must not have felt like carrying packages, because I stayed home for 3 days (and signed the permission to leave the package at the door) without success. I called their number to have the issue resolved and they assured me that another driver would deliver the package the next day. Later, I get another call saying that three attempts were made, and that I in fact had to pick up the package tomorrow or it would be returned to the sender. I cant continue to sacrifice my work schedule to accommodate this business.

I’ve been here a few times (mainly for shipping) and in general it’s pretty average. Parking can be tough given the oddly configured lot - also, watch out for the really high lip on the entrance/exit driveways or you might bottom out. The most recent trip brought me here to print out some items and two of the copier touch screen kiosks were on the fritz so it took me about 15 minutes to print four pages, but at the end of the day I got what I needed. One tip - the print auto-sets to “Color”, so make sure to switch it to “Black and White”, otherwise you could be left paying $0.59 instead of $0.15 per copy. I did this on the first couple of pages, until I figured out what was going on!

Wow everybody who has reviewed this place before me seems to be illiterate, and thus not very good at dealing with mail and the like... The nice guy working there had a good laugh with my wife and I while we made fun of all of you, then he didnt even charge us for the copies he made for us. Perfect service. Be sure to mention these IDIOTS when you go in for the "Im not retarded" discount. =)

Sending one flat envelope to mexico they wanted me to fill a paper wen i asked them the price also some friend of mine told me that they losted His package in and sended to the wrong place in that fed ex. I really recomend drive like 2 miles for a better place to send envelopes packages etc.

STEEP CURB IN PARKING LOT!!! Have to drive so slowly that you are stuck across traffic lanes for a dangerously long amount of time. If your car is lowered, go to College Ave location. Otherwise great, fast and friendly service all around.

This place is so clutch for needing something printed out from online at the spur of the moment. Very conveniently located at the base of the Bay Bridge. I use it for this only, and my review is based solely on this aspect.

good location late hours even open on Sundays until 2100 hrs. Friendly staff never had any problems. I use the fed ex shipping 98% of the time. So cant speak on printer issues. watch yourself coming out that parking lot.

Went to ship an overnight package for work. Got there with 20 minutes to spare before my train left, but had to leave before they got to me with only one person in line ahead of me. Service could not have been slower.

I wouldnt buy anything from here, as the prices for everything except shipping are exceedingly high. Service is always prompt, although it is a good idea to pre-print your labels so you can just drop off here.

I called and asked how much for for photo quality 8 x 10s. They quoted me the low price of $1.59 per photo. When I got there, the actual price was $4.99 per photo! Complete waste of time!

Nice people. Got my delivery quick. Other customers made it difficult to enjoy my experience there though, definitely need new clientele.

Never enough people working there. A quick stop suddenly becomes a 30-min visit.
