I paid extra money for overnight delivery from Oregon to Washington of wedding pictures of deceased grandparents and grandmas jewelry to be worn by the bride) requested for a family wedding. I dropped it off at 12:30pm and they assured me the 10 pound package would arrive by 10:30am the next day. I paid $145 for service. I just checked the tracking number and the package is in Memphis-flippin-Tennesee! It wont arrive until tomorrow. The wedding is in 2 hours and is now ruined because of FedEx! They dont tell you everything has to go through Memphis, even if youre shipping to the next bloody state. I called Customer Assistance, got connected to Danielle, who put me on hold and then disconnected. I called back and spoke to Mandy who acted like I should have known better to expect overnight delivery when I paid for it. Finally, I called the FedEx from where I shipped the package and of course, all they wanted to do was to give me the 800 number. I will never use FedEx again. You ruined a wedding, FedEx. You suck.

I tried to ship an item that I ship all the time from postal connections at this place. I walked in and was not even greeted by the two ladies working. I proceeded to ask the lady if I could ship my item and she said ya for $20 plus $5 for me to package it , plus the box and so on(she didnt even enter it in the computer just gave me a ridiculous price) . I laughed and asked if she was serious because I typically ship this item for less than $4 at postal connection with box and all. She got all rude and short with me. I asked about the flat rate boxes that were $4.99, since my item is smaller than most cell phones, and her response was " those are not like flat rate boxes, they are way too complicated to explain". At the point I came to the conclusion she just didnt want to help me. I work in commission sales and if anyone of my employees acted like this old lady I would fire them instantly. This happened on 12/2/2013 at around 630-7pm

This location is no longer on NW Kings Blvd, it has moved to 9th Street. I would beware coming here. All I needed was 200 black and white copies. I had the same thing done the day before at a local printer shop, but it was closed on Saturday so I came here. The first guy who I asked to help me asked me when I needed it done by. Seeing as it took all of 3 minutes the day before, I said I would like it right away. He then directed me to a machine that did not work. After several failed attempts, I asked the girl if she would help me. She was very nice and helpful. It costs more to have 200 black and white copies done here than it did to get 350 black and white copies and 30 color copies at the local place. The review that the service is spotty is 100% accurate. I would go somewhere else to get your copying services done.

I had to pay for six sheets of laminate and there was just two clerks in the store. One lady decided to ring up the guy behind me, who had two laminates. She ignored the fact that I protested I was there first and I ONLY had to pay for laminates too. When she finally got to me 10 minutes later, she made some lame comment about missing the fact I was in line before that other guy. Horrible customer service and slow as hell. I waited in line for 15 minutes to pay for some lousy quality laminates. If you feel like you have a lot of time to waste, this will be the place for you.

The wait can be long if you go in at certain times; weekends, lunch breaks, after 5pm. Ive learned to go in between those times as to avoid a 20 minute wait. Customer service can be great, from drop offs, to packaging, to assisting with printing. Only on one occasion was I ignored while the staff chatted to one another about life; 1-2 minute wait. Overall I prefer to use FedEx over UPS - often cheaper and the staff is much more friendly.

Dont go to the store. They will trick you. I go to the store several times but they always find excuse to charge me for package return. They have a low efficiency. You have to wait at least 20 min. Only 1 in front of you. They will say your package is not perfect and force you to spend money at the store. They want me to buy their box but I have one. They said my box was not perfect. They tried to charge me 14 dollars for package.

Terrible store policies. It seems that every time I come to Corvallis I have a new problem trying to ship with them. They dont provide tape?! All Fedex locations provide tape but not here. Thats real convienient when I just came from Portland unawares. Their never able to make copies for me nor receive my emails. I just discovered there was another location in Corvallis; will definitely be using them from now on.

Worst service ever. Was told my fedex previous day they would have my package in the morning, yet the lady told me my tracking number did not exist. Looks like she didnt even look up the tracking number because when I called corporate fedex they found that my package was at this location. The main lady with the glasses and short hair, never ask for her help because she doesnt want to help.

Terrible service. The workers dont care about other peoples property. They lost an entire terms worth of work that was on a thumb drive because they didnt remove it properly. Being in a college town you would think they would be aware that students have valuable information on their thumb drives.

This is a spacious, fully-equipped Fedex copy center in the central Wilamette Valley. BUT......Ive found there are often four staff and only one or two are really helpful. Check the attitude of the person who asks to help you. With the wrong choice, a ten minute job may take up to an hour!

This place charges the highest rates for printing in town, and seem to have frequent system issues where things are not working. Hit-or-miss customer service when you have a problem. They are happy to overcharge you here. Lots of better options in Corvallis for copy and print services.

I incurred damages to packages resulting in a poor padding job after I paid for fedex employees to pack 3 packages for me. If you want something done right, do it your self! Other than that, the fedex corvallis location has shipped things well enough in the past.

I have done a lot of printing with the Corvallis Fed-Ex. I have been extremely happy, I usually work with Debbie or Karen and they are the best. Good quality, fast and friendly service. I trust them to do a great job.
