7/14/2016: I needed a PDF file altered in order to save money by doubling up the image and printing them on a single sheet of postcard paper. I had already been there for 20 minutes due to having a new team member assist me and him not knowing about pricing/altering, which was understandable. When I entered the store the only other attendant was helping a woman with what appeared to be an excel spreadsheet. She had been with that customer the entire time I was there. When attendant working with me was in the process of altering my image a third worker, who had just come on shift, came over and tried to help the new guy. At this point a line of three or four people had started and that second attendant said I would have to place an order and come back since the store was busy. That first attendant was STILL with the women who had been there since before I came in. I had been there for 30 minutes by this point and I was being asked to COME BACK so they could help other customers who had just come in. The other woman was NOT being asked to place an order and come back. The third worker said that since it would take a minute to get the right altering they had too busy of a store to do it now. This was very poor customer service considering the other customer was receiving full attention and NOT being asked to come back. I know it doesnt matter since this is one of the only places to get help with printing, but I will NOT be returning to this store and I will recommend the other two Salem branches hopefully they will have better customer care.

Weve gone here several times to print items and retrieve info sent to the kinkos cloud. all worked good. staff was knowledgeable and helpful

The FedEx office at Keizer Station has a prime location near the freeway. The teenage attendant was very professional. He filled my order.
