We priced out passport photos around town, and Wise Photo had the most competitive pricing, so we went down, got great, friendly service. He had them finished quickly and we were satisfied. However, my wife had an accident with our prints that week. They were distroyed. I called back and asked if he still had our images that he could just print off. It was my hope to just pay for another round but not have to get the whole family cleaned up and down there. Unfortunatelly, he discarded the images. But then he said that if we came down again, hed do the second round for free! I dont write a lot of reviews--only when a business is really terrible or really fantastic. Five stars and a review here!

Regarding film photography: had a bit of a mess when I wound my 35 mm film--which had a few important photos on it--too far inside my camera. Me, not knowing what to do, called the store asking if they could fix my unfortunate mistake. About 30 minutes later I was in the shop watching the owner help me in my predicament without any sign of displeasure or irritation from what Id done. He ended up fixing it and salvaged my film as well; now I just have to wait to get it back! :)

I needed to print out a couple pictures for my wallet, and it was going to total less than a dollar. They helped me get exactly what I want with very friendly service, even though it was probably a bigger inconvenience. These guys are great.
