3 times ive sent my wife in to grab lumber for various projects. 3 times theyve tried off loading crap wood on her. The last time i sent her to buy 6 , 2x6x10s they loaded her up with 4 of them that were split 2 FEET down. I wish this was the first time they done this but it isnt. Theyve never tried that when i purchase the wood. I wont be returning. Feilds has always been far more resonable and better service

moved to Grants Pass over 10 years ago and was lucky enough to find this business within 6 months. I have been to the store many times and have never had a problem getting service or advice. Quite the contrary, always very friendly and helpful.They arent big, they dont claim to be, but they do keep their stock up.

Have been in the store three different times, and could not get any help once. They were not busy, but when you ask for help they use the intercome to call someone then turn their back on you. No one ever shows up. Home Depot will put them out of our misery!

Rarely answer their phones or return phone calls in a timely manner. It didnt use to be that way. Management has changed or something. Have had an account there for over 20 years, time to go elsewhere.
