We bought a washer and dryer, paid in full. It took 45 minutes for the employee to order it in store on their computer. No special order, one they had in stock. They charged us for delivery, after I used the Live Chat feature on the Home Depot website. The Live Chat person asked how far we lived from the store. I looked on Google Maps and it was 27 miles. The Live Chat person said no problem, as long as each item was over 300 $. A washer and dryer set was just over 1 k, so great. Not the same story we got in the store, it would be 80 $ +. The items would be delivered from Kent, WA, 109 miles away to our house. It took 12 days for the items to get to our house, from 109 miles away. 12 days. I had to go to the townie laundromat 3 times. One of the times some one was cleaning a fish on the folding table! We usually go to Sears for appliances, but the set was 30 dollars cheaper at Home Depot. What a cost. 12 days! This is the shiny future where it takes 12 days to receive an item? The delivery people, did a great job once here, in and out. But the whole process was not great, we had to get some one to help us, they couldnt use the computer or their program is not great and it took 12 days to deliver. Not a great experience.

I bought a tree from them in the middle of December. So it wasnt too late in the month to get bad service. I asked one of the workers to help with the tree once I found one I liked. He then told me to get a cart and push it up to the cashier. I asked about them cutting the bottom off and puting it into a net. He refused, and told me they dont offer that service. Which I know he was lying I could see the staion where they did that, and I had also witnessed it prior to me buying my own tree. This was the only reason I wanted a tree from Home Depot, because I knew they provided this service. So when I was checking out I asked the cashier if she knew if they did that or not. She told me she didnt think they did that for people. She said that the staition I seen was for store use only. I know one thing, I WILL NEVER BUY A TREE FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and avoid Home Depot for home window installation. The two individuals that came to my home for the estimate were unprofessional. The cost was way above what I anticipated, despite that, I went ahead and provided a deposit in anticipation that the windows would be installed in a few weeks. However, my order was cancelled without any notification. After waiting past the estimated installation date, I had to call to find out that the order was cancelled two weeks prior. No email was sent to me. No phone call. Nothing. Guess what, I will give Home depot no more of my business at all. And I would recommend avoiding them.

As a fixer upper owner I seem to be in here a couple times per week. I also work near Olympia so sometimes I go to the Home Depot there. Somewhat surprisingly to me the Aberdeen location seems to have almost everything the Olympia location has (I have only noticed less lumber selection for things like hardwood and woods that I would use to build furniture). The prices are the same as any other HD location.

We shop here all of the time. In general the employees are great, but what is wrong with prepayment order pick-up? It takes longer to pickup a prepaid order than it does to go get it myself and go through the register??? They have a serious problem with customer service at the pickup desk!!!

I can usually find what Im looking for and if I cant the staff is pretty helpful. I generally shop around in the BBQ section as well as the outdoor section. Their top soil is a little overpriced, you can buy bulk at Bayview Redi-Mix but they have a good selection of other lawn care supplies.

Most of the time I able to find staff to assist me with find what I am looking for. It is great to hear staff say hello, and ask if there is anything they can help me find. Last time I was there I had a cashier that was very personable and helpful.

Aisle full. Hard to maneuver carts. Same Product still in aisle from 3 days ago. Help unable to find product. TImes before help was fantastic, even when he didnt know the area he took the time to help locate products and place them in our carts.

Drove in at 8:15 (they closed at 8) I told two men leaving that I had driven 45minutes to get a part for my water heater and I could not take a shower until I got it, one guy ran back in and got my the part for me.

Well, they rarely have what Im looking for. But the people are nice. Its not their fault I guess. But you know its Home Depot. They have tons to choose from and probably everything needed to do anything.
