Mark is one of the dealers at the Masseys Auto off Highway 99. Mark is THE MOST unprofessional jerk I have ever met at a dealership. I drove a friend up there so she could buy a car and granted he did work a deal out, however he was very unprofessional about it. He first made it very clear that he absolutely hated the town we were from, which is not a good start to try to sell a car. We were there for almost six hours the whole time dealing with his happy derogatory comments, showing off his tattoos, etc. While my friend was on the phone with the insurance company he was talking rather loudly about hitting on her in the car during the test drive and the whole time talking to her so she had a hard time talking with the insurance company. Then finally as we were ready to leave he decides to share with us that he was surprised at the fact that she had male references since he thought her and I were a lesbian couple!!! I was not happy at all. The day we drive the car home the check engine light came on, the gas gage doesnt work, theres a leak in the floor board, and now the passenger window doesnt work. They said she can bring the car back and get it fixed but Mark keeps giving her the run around and now that her 30 days is almost up he tells her she is running out of time!! Mark does not deserve this job, Masseys needs to find a new salesman with better control and people skills. I am very unhappy with his service and the way he expressed his opinions and would never buy a vehicle from there ever.

Bought 2 vehicles from them back in July 2016. The vehicle we bought for my wife had a few minor problems (missing door lock, window not rolling up or down, fan controller not working) that they said they would fix. Never did, in fact once the down payments were made we never heard from them again. Here we are almost a year later and I find out that in November the paperwork was finally submitted to the DMV, new plates were bought and issued in person and no one said a word to me. For 7 months Ive been driving around with invalid plates cause they couldnt be bothered to call me? Finally get stopped by an officer and trying to convince this officer that I didnt steal these plates and I have no idea why my registration has different plates listed was less than fun. After calling the DMV and finding out that new plates were issued in person in November at the Junction City office I tried contacting Massey. It has now been over 24 hours with numerous calls and messages left and no attempt from them to contact me. I hade to pay $34 for replacement plates just so I can legally drive my vehicle again. Personally, the complete and utter lack communication after repeated attempts to contact them is insulting. I will continue to try and make contact. $34 isnt much in the grand scheme of things, but if I had disposable income, even a little, I wouldnt have gone to them to begin with.

Terrible people. They sold my boyfriend and I our first car, and we told them we needed the most reliable car in the lot, since our cars transmission was going out. They showed us a Honda Accord with 230,000+ miles for $5500. The salesman told us the car was in great condition and was sold to them by a family who just needed something bigger. After being forced to put $1600 down because of our "age" (they told us the bank wouldnt allow anything less than that), the day we brought it home, the check engine light came on, transmission started shuddering, and the thing barely starts. After calling them out on it, they promised they would have their mechanic look at it and try to fix it. since they still needed some paperwork from us to finish the sale, I said I would bring the paperwork in when they scheduled the maintainance. 2 days later, they threatened to repo the car if we didnt bring the paperwork in and almost a month later, they still havent done anything even though we call them almost every day.

I bought a little 91 Miata at Masseys 11 years ago and paid off early. No problems whatsoever. My husband and I just purchased an 07 G6 there a couple of weeks ago. Very clean car, runs like a champ and everything works just fine. Low miles and financing was a snap. Again, well pay off early with no penalty and things will be fine and dandy just like the first time I purchased. (The Miata is still going down the road by the way) Ive heard mixed stories about Massey but if you go in and are up front about what you can afford and what you are looking for, they will do their best to accommodate you.

If I could, I would rate the service a zero. I went to Masseys looking to buy my first car. Then before I knew it I signed my life away to an overpriced car. I just felt screwed and I was going to deal with it for a few months until I could refinance. But guess what, the car broke pretty much into pieces. so I had to goto another dealer in town and the guy said he has been picking up a lot of Masseys slack. I would not recommend this dealer.

Bought a 2004 Dodge Durango with just over 100,000 miles and drove it for just over a year before it threw a rod through the block. A quick check online revealed that this is a known and common problem with this year vehicle. Any reputable dealer would have known this, especially since it was sold as the owners wifes car. My wife and I have been stuck paying for 2 years since for a car we cant drive. Do not buy from Massey Auto.

I purchased a SVT COBRA from here a year ago Easiest and best car buying experience ever. Sooooo, when I needed a SUV they were there for me. I got a Ford escape just two months ago. Not a problem with either.. So for you that are saying bad things about Massey, its most like you are the problem not Masseys. So dont hesitate on talking to the guys there about what your looking for. Thanks

Got a Volvo a few months ago from these guys and I love it, fits everyone comfortable no issues yet. The sales guy was really nice, also havent had issues with other staff here they are all polite. Also I dont have the best of credit (thats why I went to them) but they were willing to help me get a car that day, unlike most places in town.

If it looks like a scumbag, quacks like a scumbag and advertises like a scumbag, its probably Larry Massey. (My actual experience on the lot was with one of his henchmen, an elderly clown from the Midwest who kept trying to somehow schmooze me into purchasing a jalopy by repeatedly making the Sign of the Cross. Wowzers!)

I got a great deal for a brand new elentra. I paid almost 3000 less than anywhere around the harrisburg area. I thought they were professional enough. The place was packed at 10 am. Sorry to anyone bashing this place but i liked my experience...in fact. Some of these names seem fake.
