Jerry was a pleasure to work with. I had never bought a vehicle from a dealer before, and I was very impressed with my experience there. They had the type of vehicle that I was looking to purchase, as did a couple of other dealers. I was asked what they needed to do to earn my business, as I was still shopping around. I told them. Jerry worked with his very personable team, and to my surprise they were willing to do exactly what I said needed to be done to earn my business. So they did, and saved me from having to look any further. When I mentioned that I planned on taking the canopy off, he even offered to stop by my house later and help me take it off. I had the means to remove it myself, so I declined, but it was a very sincere gesture that I appreciated. He even contacted me a couple days after my purchase to let me know that they had secured an interest rate for me that was a full 2.5% lower than originally thought. Might not sound like much, but it equates to hundreds of additional dollars saved. I will be sending others their way, and be back in the future if I need a new vehicle. Thank you Jerry, and to the rest of the Capitol Weat Valley crew!

I went in to service my vehicle and was somewhat pleased on their service butt Do not go to this place if you want them snooping around your car money was stolen from me from this vehicle the manager Brooke did nothing to resolve the problem they are thieves Brooke advise me that he would investigate and contact me never heard from him again Im never going to the Capitol Auto West again I was supposed to have a meeting with one of the guys to go buy a car but will rather give my business to somebody else

The Sales Manager Brook was firm but fair and able to work out deal that met my needs.
