Made a Appointment at 1pm to get my new Wrangler serviced for the first time. Drove over 70 miles one way to go to the dealership where it came from. I arrived early at 12:30pm. I had a hard time finding it due to it being in a building that says Ford. The person on the phone could have told me that. Also there was no where to park as the lot was full and disorganized. My car was done in 17 minutes. I asked if they could put the license plates on, and was told no problem. Nathan told me that they couldnt put the one on the front on because it didnt have a bracket, and that I could talk to the parts dept. I asked if a new Jeep came with one. He just looked at me. The gentleman at the parts department told me after over 10 minutes that it would be over $32 and might be here by Tuesday. I left. My family have purchased 8 vehicles from Power lots, and They all came with the brackets to put on the plates. It must be just the one in Newport that doesnt. Going out Monday and getting licence plate covers so I can replace the one that says Power.

I searched all of the dealers in Alaska, and could not find the Jeep Grand Cherokee model I wanted. I located the Jeep I wanted at Power Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Newport, Oregon through the internet. One telephone conversation with Andy Ferguson confirmed that the Jeep was in stock and I purchased it. I flew down to Oregon a few days later, and the Jeep was waiting for me, with the engine block heater I requested installed. Less than an hour of paperwork and instructions on operating the new Jeep, and I was on the road back to home. Compared to the eight-to-twelve weeks it would have taken to order the Jeep and have it delivered to our local dealer, this was much faster. The drive back was a few hundred dollars less expensive than the delivery charge to Alaska, and was fun. Andy and his team at Power made this a very convenient way to purchase a new vehicle.

Power Chrysler Dodge Jeep is the best dealership in Newport Oregon by far, even if you arent looking for what they have there. Power has 10 dealerships in Oregon with so many new and used brands to choose from I couldnt believe it! They really take good care of their inventory and their customers from the beginning of the sales process to the end, and especially when it comes to service! Doug in the service department goes above and beyond expectations, just goes to show what kind of place it is, a place you can trust! You really dont need to shop dealerships anymore, simply go to Power in Newport!

My brother Robert Lawrence bought a truck from Newport Power Dodge. It was the best thing he has ever done. The sales crew went out of there way to make it the most enjoyable and memorable experience in purchasing a vehicle. They were mainly concerned about what the customer wanted, making the entire purchase about the customer. Most other car lots leave the customer feeling like all they wanted was to push another vehicle off their lot. I would recommend Newport Power Dodge to everyone for their next vehicle purchase. After very poor experiences at Portland area Chrysler dealer repair shops it was a wonderful surprise to get friendly helpful and quick service at Power Chrysler in Newport. 4pm on Friday my check engine light came on. Called and they were able to check it out right away. Again, friendly and helpful and had me on my way, with peace of mind, in less than half an hour.

I brought my truck in and they fixed it for a very reasonable price then informed me of an open recall, which no other dealership wanted to fix for me, and they would fix it in half an hour for free if I wanted.
