Both my sister and I got an SUV from Bob and Jana last month and loveem. We appreciate the fact that they worked w/ us as much as possiable to fit into our available financial range. Now my niece is getting her license this week so Bob has asked and listened to what shes wants as "her very first car". He didnt make her feel pressured/ rushed, he was patient/ understanding, and w/ a sense of humor. I purchased a 98 Chevy Malibu from Bob and Jana, just a little over 2 weeks ago. That day that I took it, it started to overheat and we took it back and they fixed that problem. Just last week my front end started having issues, took it to Les Schwabs to have it aligned thinking that that was the issue. Nope. Both my hub bearing assemblies were toast....took the car back to them and they are fixing it. NO CHARGE TO ME!! What kind of customer service is that....AMAZING!!! Thank you so much Blanchards.
