Unethical, imorral, prejudicial & outright despicable dealership & ownership. Bought 3 cars here in under 6 mo. First broke down instantly, second ended up so bad dealership forced to take back, 3rd seemed great until they botched oil change (proven by another dealership tests & inspections) which led to engine needing repairs. Owner (Rich Hartman) solution was to refuse to service our autos anymore & would not respond to any comunication efforts including certified letter (signed for & received) requesting reason for refusal of service. Since it was human error on the part of Five-Star Dealership other dealerships wouldnt cover repairs under the Certified+ Preferred or extra warranty purchased & sent us back to Five-Star, but since Five-Star wouldnt even communicate with us we were stuck. Shortly after the car stalled out on 512 @ freeway speeds, entered a hydroplane & impacted a Jersey barrier completely wiping out the whole passenger side of the car & causing tens of thousands in damage as well personal injury. Car 1: Still own 2007 Toyota Matrix sold with: Blown shocks - Recalled airbag - Bad fuel Evap system, unsafe tires. Took months to get airbag replaced. We had to involve Toyota Corporate before it got replaced. Car 2: Dealership forced to take back in trade for full cost. 2010 VW Jetta sold with: Severe internal & external lighting system issues & vehicle was extensively damaged during service to point dealership traded car back in. Car 3: Still own 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ Limited 29k miles sold with: Charging system issues. During service mechanic was caught with tools & battery placed on the cars paint with no protective apron. Dealership used oil that did not follow Chevy guidelines for this particular engine nor dod they refill oil to proper level during oil change leading to internal damage to engine (forced to take to another large dealership several cities away where it was inspected & consumption tests ran & concluded the car had not leaked or burnt off the missing oil in any way). This dealerships service managers belief was the previous oil change (done @ Five-Star) was done incorrectly. In the end my cars value was tanked from resulting accident, spent 4+ months being rebuilt at body shop, warranty is worthless & lost job from results of accident. We have purchased over half a dozen cars from various dealerships, never again.

I am very happy with the service we got from everyone here! Buying a used vehicle comes with some expected problems no doubt, but when the problems became excessive and took more time than expected, well it became quite stressful. The guys at Five Star dealt with my stress very professionally and very politely. They got our problems fixed and got us back on the road to finish our vacation trip. Thank you to all of the guys who helped us!!! Thank you for being calm, polite and confident. The truck performed well and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend Five Star to everyone!! Thank you!!!

After searching elsewhere, I turned to Five Star Motors to find a good deal on a vehicle I wanted. I went there and was fortunate enough to have Pat Noll show me around. He was very competent and on top of the deal start to finish. I would ask for him again. The dealership has so much to offer, they can hook you up with whatever your preferences are. I am very happy with this car buying experience there. I would definitely buy my next vehicle from them. Thank you Five Star and thank you Pat!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! I cannot stress that enough. I bought a car from here less than a year ago and literally EVERYTHING has gone wrong. Not to mention I bought there warranty and it covers NOTHING! I now have to replace basically my cars entire engine, and dump thousands of dollars into it. I regret ever even walking into that place.. If I could give it 0 stars I would
