Im only in Oregon during the summer, so I had to search around for help when I drowned my Dell Laptop...lol. Had purchased a new one but desperately needed all my photos etc. backed up and on my new purchase, if they were still salvageable. Bob, the owner, of "A Hero" did a great job and he is very reasonably priced. He was my Hero and he can be yours as well. Wonderful also in extenuating circumstances as I had. He also salvaged my old Dell which was a great plus.
