I had an excellent experience at the store and was given advice on a chair that fit both me and my wife. The salesman there named Charles helped me not only find chairs that were perfect fits for our style and color scheme, but he then helped us pick out a sectional that fit perfectly in our living room with the space we had. One thing I really appreciated at this particular store was the no pressure environment. It seemed like everyone there was happy and more than willing to help. I will definitely come back to this location for our further needs and there seemed to be plenty more my wife and I could use to furnish our house. We have had our Greyson leather recliners for 2 weeks now and very happy with the quality and how quickly they arrived. I recall them saying it would take 10-12 weeks but our chairs came in 9. We also bought a sectional and it was helpful to see our fabric choices on the flatscreen they had available as well. Great atmosphere, no pressure, friendly service. Thanks again!

I visited the retail store in Tanasbourne, and picked the chair up in Tualatin, Oregon. This was just an all around great experience. I have numerous back conditions and have been needing to replace an older recliner for a while. The salesperson (Heather) answered all of our questions and was very helpful. I sat in chairs for a good hour, before I decided to buy the Asher recliner at a sale price. It is very supportive and comfortable. The only problem is I am just barley able to touch the floor when sitting, but I can compensate by using a thick throw rug under the chair. I saved 300 dollars and am very happy. Picking up the chair took about 15 minutes, luckily my dad helped me get it upstairs. I thought shopping for a chair would be tedious, it was not. Im glad I returned to la z boy.

Just bought 2 recliners at this store. Had a great experience and the staff was extremely helpful and educated me on the various aspects of design I had not considered within my space. I ended up purchasing two chairs and a side table when all said and done. I enjoyed this store as it seemed like they were catering more to meeting my needs in general. The chairs were delivered a week earlier than expected which was perfect timing as I had an Oregon Ducks party that weekend. They also offer a design service which I may pursue in the future. I dealt with a lady named Kaitlin who seemed to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I will be back for sure and thanks for making my time in the store one I will tell others about. Clean store, friendly people, quality products!!!!

We have always like the quality of lazy boy however we were less than satisfied with our last perchase. The living room chair is too tall to go with our existing lazy boy sofa. When I went in to see if we could switch out our legs for a shorter set we were told it wasnt possible. The salesperson mentioned it is a taller designed chair but can be difficult to notice when you are in the showroom. As a furniture specialist who knows these facts it would have been great if they would have mentioned that fact prior to us custom ordering the chair. That is what sets excellent customer sales service above the rest.

Very Interesting

My wife and I came into the store just to browse and see what was new, was greeted by Bart Wilson, This man knows everything about Lazyboy furniture store, you could tell he was confident in the products he was selling, we mentioned that we were looking into the newest styles of couch/love seat and after an hour of walking through the store and going over fabrics and colors he SOLD us a perfect set that will be built to our specifications. We walked out very happy knowing we got a great sofa/love seat and got what we were looking for and not something that just fit the bill.

We were greeted by Laura, asked questions, showed us soo many and wonderful pieces and left since we had no questions, just looking and had never gone to this Store before. They listened to what we were looking for, and had multiple recommendations for furniture and accessories (lamps, paintings, vases, etc.) to work for our family and lifestyle. We were able to successfully identify and purchase the recliner we wanted. That said, the staff were dismissive and disrespectful with each other. When our salesman was not sure of an answer to a question, no one offered to help and even kicked him off the terminal after he entered half the sales data. What is that! It would be better to have an active floor manager rather than watching a NBA playoff game on TV.

Also appreciate the fact that they work as a team and not just for themselves try to grab a commission. Great products. My last La-Z-Boy lasted for 20+ years. Still working and has been give to a friend. Expect this one to also last for years.

Love the quality of La-Z-Boy, but the hovering salesperson made us feel uncomfortable. It was hard to have a conversation without unwanted interruptions, nor could we try out the furniture without their two cents. We tried it again, but unfortunately we had a similar experience. This led us to buy elsewhere.

Great shopping experience! Diana, the designer helped me pick a fabric for our new recliner. She had great tips on which types of patterns would look best on the chair we chose and matched it to our existing decor. Very helpful for the design-challenged like me or if you just need help making a decision!

Nothing but good to say about these guys. Have had a La-Z-Boy for 12 years that has lasted extremely well without showing any real signs of aging. Their chairs are suuuuuuuuuper comfortable. Definitely a must go if you are shopping for furniture.
