Me and my wife were in desprate need of a bed. We had purchased a brand new king size pillow top for $800 which at the time thought was an awesome deal from mattress world. Well, 9 months later my back felt as if it was going to crack in half and I could no longer sleep on it. So desprate to get a good quality bed we went to MOR thinking that since ive had reasonably good luck buying some of our furniture on the close out stuff they have in the back, we decided to give them a try on a brand new bed. After running our personal credit it turns out that we were a high risk and would need to qualify for a special interest loan through what use to be called TRS. After speaking to the sells rep for an hour, we agreed on a really nice bed so we thought at the time. So, they told me that I could cut them out a check each month being as I own a transportation company and im always on the road and could not make a personal visit every month with cash. They said "NO PROBLEM" and they told me our payments would be $190.00 on a 24 month contract. They said that if I made over payments that I could cut the balance down to nothing which I did. Then they said that this bed has a 10yr warrenty and that the mattress would not bow in the middle and break down like our last bed. Well, As of May, I get a phone call that TRS sold out to another company called Express Aproval and that this new company doesnt except checks. Then I am told that the $200.00 I have been making is just paying for the interest and not the balance so I bought the bed for $1600.00 I have been paying now since November and I still owe $1200.00. I am now being told that by the time I pay off this bed I will have paid $4,000 altogether. And now my payments are late because they do not except my checks anymore because of new company rules. EVERYTHING THEY SAID WAS A LIE! and now we are set back further in hopes of rebuilding our credit and having a decent bed to sleep on. IF I OPERATED MY COMPANY LIKE THEY OPERATE THEIR FURNITURE STORE, I WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT OF BUSINESS YEARS AGO! Now we get to go bed shopping again (sigh) but this time I will be forced into buying brand new with cash. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY TO YOU. THEY ARE USED CAR SALESMAN WHO WILL GO TO GREAT LENGTHS TO SELL YOU ANYTHING SO THEY CAN FILL THEIR SILVER LINING POCKETS WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! These people make me sick!

OJO NO COMPREN EN MOR. Compre una cama ase 2 meses y despues de 2 semanas la cama empeso aser un poco de ruido llame a Mor y me dijieron que tendria que ablar con la compañia que manufacturo la cama,despues de esperar casi un mes para que un tecnico fuera a ver la cama el tecnico dijo que era normal que la cama aga este tipo de ruido, que para cuando el tecnico fue ya el ruido es mas frecuente y ba enpeorando dia tras dia, la compania manufactora me dejo dicho que ellos no arian nada al respecto y que tendria yo que arreglame con la tienda Mor, quien dise que ellos no asen debolusiones y cualquier defecto lo tengo que areglar con la compania manufactora. Mi recomendasion es no comprarle a esa tienda, cuando estas asiendo la compra te apuran para que pongas tus iniciales y no te esplican para que es, despues te das cuenta que es la polisa en la que la tienda no ara ningun tipo de debolusiones. MUY MALA ESPERIENSA NO LE COMPREN A MOR FURNITURE.

My sales person was great, however the delivery process is a joke! They have messed up 4 times with confirmation emails after we purchased our bed set a week ago. We purposely asked for today because It was our day off. We received a comfirmation email that delivery was to be today from 9-1. After checking the online tracking. Our order did not exist. I called the MOR customer service & they said there was a "glitch" in the system & our order disappeared..Customer Service girl cold transfered me to another person. Who apologized, but was still saying now it will have to be tomorrow which is completely not ok & we already have taken our old bedroom furniture apart. I live 2 miles away. You would think it would be easy to make it right. So frustrated & to be honest disappointed. This was a wedding present to ourselves & our first large purchase as a husband & wife. Wish it went smoother. Went into store after was tired of the customer service via the phone. Sales guy JR was very nice & when he called the delivery service directly, they hung up on him!! This guy deserves more respect. Manager first thing she said was "we tried to call you." (nope, no missed calls) she called tried to get delivery today. She said the system has a problem, yet said in the same 10 minutes that you can be bumped for delivery sometimes.So now it looks like we will get it tomorrow. Manager did offer me a mattress pad in a goodwill gesture, however I already bought one so requested the discount instead. She complyed. After reading all the reviews, I am sure the Mor Corporation really cares about the sale not their customers. I have had a better experience with Xfinity (what does that tell you?) not the experience for a $3000.00 purchase we were hoping for. "It is what is it is" & crossing our fingers we sleep in a bed tomorrow night.

In a nut shell, dishonest service on location, poor customer service, and too many hoops to jump through. I believe they make the refunds so difficult so that some customers will get fed up and not actually go through the hassle to receive it. I thought I had scored with some great service and a good deal on a new memory foam mattress with a no-questions-asked 90-day return policy. After realizing the mattress was not a good fit (it slept way too hot) I went to return it, and was surprised by a $300 restocking fee. After some back and forth with the store manager, I was able to get him to waive the fee as long as I purchased a different mattress from the store. So I went to a hybrid mattress that was a little bit cheaper--but no worries, we will just refund the price difference. After several months of phone calls to the customer service center (of course there are no direct lines to the store) without resolution of the refund, I had to go back into the store again. I was told it had processed and I will see the refund on my debit card in the next couple weeks. After several more months of more phone calls, I was forced to go back into the store yet again, this time I was told the credit was never processed and I would receive a confirmation call in the next few days. After missing the confirmation call, I had to call into the service center to "confirm my address." This required 20+ minutes of being on hold before finding out that not only was the refund coming in check form via mail, but also that only half of it was processed. Another trip to the store, another 20+ call into the service center, and finally two separate checks mailed out several weeks later. I cannot recommend this store and will never return.
