We purchased a new Flex steel sofa and loveseat. The right side of the loveseat mechanism appears to be tweeked and rubbing, definitely not right. I went in today and they sent the repair person out TODAY! That is amazing. Yes, the mechanism has to be ordered and replaced...and they promised to get it ordered and replaced asap. Update...called Robys today...it has been over a week. Nobody knows anything...person who does this is on vacation. Maybe another week or so.....are you kidding me? They delivered broken...trade it with a new one and take this loveseat back! Still waiting....no word at all Todays update ... The part came in, they picked up the recliners yesterday....I am sitting in the recliner now....it appears to be all fixed. Thank you very much. It is now 8/11/2017.

I needed a new Washer and Dryer and Brenda was my salesperson. She was very knowledgable and educated me on the brand Speed Queen which I was not familiar with before. I purchased the set from her and installed it myself. I waited a few weeks before writing this review so I could have plenty of time to test the set out. Im extremely happy with the way it washes my clothes and how quiet it is. It does such a good job of spinning all the water out of the load that it has tremendously reduced the drying time. I feel like my clothes are cleaner (I work in construction) and I get laundry done faster. Thanks for the excellent customer service, Ill be back again when I have furniture, appliance or flooring needs.

We built a new house and purchased all of our kitchen appliances through Rice Furniture, went back and purchased our carpeting and our other flooring. Theyve always been super nice, and very friendly. I went to another furniture store, and purchased power lift chairs for my parents, and was very unhappy with the quality and the customer service. Just last week, I purchased new power lift chairs for them through Rice Furniture and theyre on their way! Weve always been treated well at Rices and have been very happy with quality, installation and service. I would recommend them highly.

The sales person, Beth, was very good. Directed us to what we need to be looking for and then gave us plenty of space to decide. Also offered us coffee. The delivery men David and Matt were really great. They moved a chair we needed moved to put our new recliner. Then they had to bring the recliner up stairs(a set of stairs to a platform and then up more stairs), through the narrow door, and up 3 steps that were also very narrow. The recliner barely fit. Then down 3 steps to be set in our living room. Smiling the whole time. Great guys. Thank you

I was shopping to refurnish my home. The service at Rices Furniture was TERRIBLE!!! Their sales associates treated me as if I didnt matter, and when I asked them for help with things they acted put out. They were way over priced, also. I will not be shopping there again. I chose Lewis Furniture (also in mcminnville) instead. WAY better prices and way better service.
