I just wanted to tell everyone about the wonderful experience we had at at Home Furniture with Kent and Kathy. My boys were moving out and they needed furniture. When we walked in we were greeted by Kent who immediately made us feel like family. He asked the boys what they were looking for which they really werent sure because this was our first time looking for furniture. Kent took them to a sectional that was actually perfect for guys moving out on their own. he didnt take us to the most expensive furniture or push other furniture on us he showed them things that are perfect for guys. He even gave them ideas on how to arrange it in their new place. He offered lots of ideas with tables and rugs but not once did he ever push us into anything. He just said get what you think you like, get it into the place and go from there. He even offered us discounts if we wanted to come back and get end tables or if the rug wasnt up to their liking they could come and exchange it. I have always hated going into furniture stores because the sales people are like vultures right on top of you and try to push the most expensive furniture they can. Not Kent, he treated me and my boys so well there was no stress involved. He also helped my oldest pick out a top of the line mattress at an amazing price, nothing any of the mattress stores could have done. Kent and Kathy (she was so amazing when I was having an issue with my house, bless you Kathy) are the type of people you want to work with when buying furniture. Theres something to be said about a family owned business, they treat you with respect and arent just out to make an easy sale, they care about your needs and budget. The other great thing about At Home Furniture is the selection of furniture and the prices! They cant be beat. We stopped by Rifes and were shocked at some of their prices. So, if you want great selection ,prices and to be treated with respect and like family go see Kent and Kathy at At Home Furniture, they are amazing! My wife and I recently purchased a mattress at the Superstore next to the mall. I have to say it was one of the best shopping experiences that I have had, and Im not one that likes talking to a salesperson. I was surprised at how smooth and simple it was to find our mattress. The salesperson was fantastic, he wasnt trying to press us into buying, he actually encouraged us to look at other stores just to be secure in our choice of mattress. He was very helpful and informative, it felt like a helpful friend helping us select a mattress to our needs, both financially and physically. My wife wanted to look at other stores before we went to this store, but 15 minutes after entering the store she said there was no need to, she found what she wanted.The price for the mattress we found was much better than we expected to find, under 1000 dollars for a queen sized, memory foam technology mattress and box spring. They even helped us out after we bought our mattress by offering to allow the mattress to expand, as it comes packaged in a box, before they delivered it so we could use it the same day it got to our home. Very courteous. We got it two days after we bought it, because the next day was Sunday. Short wait, and since it normally takes another day before you can really use the mattress it was more like one days wait.Besides the great service and pricing I really liked the feeling of supporting a local business with a friendly environment rather than the feeling Ive had from being at other mattress/furniture stores where commission seems to be what drives most of the salesman. The only thing I can think of that might be an improve is that our salesperson liked to talk. In my opinion Id rather have someone that talks and educates his customers on mattresses and who is friendly, if not just a bit overly so. But thats up to the customer. Great experience, Im not exaggerating, I really dont like salespeople and/or shopping for stuff like this. My wife was happy and therefore made me happy. Thanks again At Home, looking forward to coming again.

Buyer beware; please listen to these reviews and save yourself future hassles and disappointment! Poor quality furniture, deceptive practices. We purchased a couch and loveseat here and shortly thereafter, we had one of the springs pop in the couch. We had purchased the extended warranty as the salesman assured us it would cover anything, even if it was our fault. Well, the first repair required us to haul the couch in and back home for the repair. Okay, so it was inconvenient, but it was taken care of. Now, another few months later, another spring has popped in almost the exact same spot as before. Thinking we were covered, I called to see about getting it fixed - again. I was told, of course not only did we have to haul it both ways, it was not covered and that the original repair was covered under the manufacturers warranty, which had now expired. I was then advised that the extended warranty we were roped into purchasing did not cover any damages or repairs, that it was only for fabric and that we would have to pay for it ourselves. We refuse to jump through hoops for less than quality furniture and will never make another purchase with this store again. Very sad they take advantage of buyers and then do nothing to make things right.

Four stars is very good! The only way I could give a 5 stars rating for this review I would have needed you to include a deep tissue massage and a complimentary Bud Light. You decide! Nevertheless, my experience actually went well. Dan ("the man") greeted my husband and I promptly after arrival and directly escorted us to the area with all the fancy mattresses by request. We were looking for the best mattress our money could buy. I am a very serious shopper and I take my time very seriously so in the beginning I must have been a nightmare to work with but Dan pulled through. He made sure all my demands were met and was very patient and let me take all the time I needed. I really appreciated his knowledge and he was not at all pushy. Dan made us feel like we got a good deal and he also threw in a few extras to compliment our selected King bed purchase. I must include how fun Roberto was during the end of our experience (shout out). Im not exactly sure what he did or why he was there but he was a great presence to have. So far the mattress is great and Im going to hold you to it about that guarantee if ever our mattress starts to sag. Ill be giving you a call! Thank you for the speedy delivery and the mattress protector is sensational!
