I work for a national cable company that purchases boots for thousands of techs each year. I got my boots and wore them for three days and the right boot never fit comfortably. I took the boots to the Tanisborne location and got no help what so ever. I was told that the boots were worn and that I would have to drive to another location if I wanted any help. I felt like the employee didnt care and that Danner wasnt interested in backing their product. I spend more than 40 hours per week on my feet in these boots and I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated. As of right now I am considering returning my boots and switching to back to Red Wing who had never treated me this way. What a shameful way for a company to act especially when they advertise speaking about the quality of their product. FYI the product includes standing behind you stuff especially when things dont go right.

I like Danner products but as for the customer service at the Tanasbourne store it was below par for sure. There were 4 people behind the counter with no customers in the store when I walked in and none of them seemed to want to help. They all seemed to just want to stare out the windows into thin air. Not one of them had a smile on their face nor greeted you with a energetic attitude. They might as well not even have been there, I could have helped myself. I would highly recommend to the store manager or area manager that these people go through "customer service" training or not be in sales. I will not be back unless the customer service improves greatly. The only person that treated me well was Ryan and that was when I talked with him on the phone. Good job Ryan!

The service I was provided today was a rare example of what customer service was always meant to be. I felt like I mattered. I felt like my satisfaction in the product actually mattered. Also, the customer service representative who helped me, Ashley, spoke of the Danner boots I came to look at with conviction. I recommend this store. I recommend Danner boots. Thank you Ashley, for all your help. Ill be sending my hunting buddies your way.

I went in looking for service boots. The 3 cashiers seemed too busy to help me, given there were 3 of them and only one other customer than myself. They were literally too busy staring into thin air. But then again, they were just cashiers so maybe they arent supposed to help. Maybe its my lucky day? Anyhow, they did not have my model or size.
