Just stopped in and got the BEST service from Alexis Marston! I will be the first to admit that I detest shoe shopping- but she found me exactly what I asked for AND a pair that was even better, along with the right socks for my new kicks! Go see Alexis- shes got you covered.

Customer service is completely out of touch and out of line. They promptly kicked me out for simply smelling the shoes for like 15min, how rude! Maybe i was planning on buying those pumps! Its not like I was going to beat off into the shoes, this isnt payless.

Love hate relationship with this store. Store is super clean and organized. Love all the fun socks up front. The best deals are always in the back and you have to hunt them. Hate that I always leave with at least 2 pairs of shoes.

If you need shoes I dont know of a better place to look. They have the widest selection Ive seen, and the prices are good. The Clarence section is a gold mine, and their loyalty program earns you frequent discounts.
