Ive been shopping here for well over a decade, and will continue to. The staff are patient and friendly, and they have a great selection. Prices are good. If youre into retro video games, they price fairly. Yes, this stuff has gotten more expensive in recent years, but you wont see them charging over what youd see online, which I appreciate. Some days I find myself looking in the cases, but other times, Ill dig around in their multiple budget sections for blu-rays or CDs. Highly recommended, all around. I will also add the other Exchanges in Ohio that are part of this chain generally employ friendly, helpful individuals. I cant stress how important customer service is for a business like this, and they knock it out of the park.

There is nothing really redeeming about The Exchange. They give you TERRIBLE prices for trade ins. I realize they have to make a profit but its not worth trading some things. I bought a new game $60 plus tax) the day it was released and opened it. Just to test certain are stores I seen what they would offer me for it. Even after telling them I opened it in my car, they offered me $30. Really? Half price? The VERY few things I have gotten there were damaged or not worth it. The staff seems to hate working there since they are friendly as grumpy old men. Not sure how the place still is around.

Great selection great customer service. Somebody is always walking around asking everybody in the store if they need help. Trade ins are the same as theyve been for the last 20 years you get more in store credit then you get in cash. Some people believe since they have an almost perfect condition of Turner and Hooch they should get full price for it. Ive never had an issue with the store or the customer service and I plan on going there anytime I need anything music or video game-related.

This store is amazing. I dont come in often, but when I do I nearly always leave in a better mood than when I walked in. The people are nice, they are accommodating (so long as you are not a complete jerkface) and they know the stuff, or they know who knows the stuff. Dont lose your receipt in an hour, and you can return stuff. Dont expect to come into the store and think it is a library where you can browse all day and have nobody bother you. Dont be a jerkface.

Very bad place feel like the employees are rude and dont give a crap.Unfair with trades and the return policy is the worst in existence with gamestop right down the street. When I go to trade I often get low values due to stock which you can walk around and see is Bullshit or they give you their condition monologue your fortunate theres only 2 game stores around or I dont know how youd stay open

Anachronistic return policy - they wouldnt take back a broken product 1 hour after I purchased because my magical receipt was absent. Bald manager guy was rude, bumbling, combative and incompetent. I buy a lot of video games and peripherals and I prefer to support independent O&O stores like this. After my experience, all the business will go to Amazon and Target.

If you love old music in the 70s-2000s video games such as the PS2, GameCube or the first Xbox and like watching throwback TV shows or movies from the past and want to buy them. Head on down to The Exchange. If you love retro video games they have the right price for you.

Traded in 15 like new DVDs, they gave me a grand total of $7.00 , Im sure theyll sell most of them for at least $6.00 a piece. Place is a ripoff. Next time Ill use the DVDs as coasters before Ill let them have them.

I was in there a whole 5 minutes and was probably asked by every staff member in there if I needed helped note Ive already made it known I will ask for help when need it. Dont rush in for the sale that fast!
