If I could give less than a star I would. They are a bunch of thieves plain and simple. My son spent $65.00 on a set of headphones on Friday...took them back on Monday because he did not like them....and they gave him $2.20. Told him when he bought them that he could return them within 30 days for a full refund and then the manager refuses to honor what Brittany (Store Clerk) said.. This is robbery at its finest. I would recommend any place besides this store. Thieves!!!!

I bought a pre-owned Xbox one from here...was assured I could go home and play it. Turns out I needed an HDMI to RCA jack converter, okay so I called and was told they had one for $50. Drove back (45 minutes) and when I got there there converter was NOT for RCA jacks. Got a proper converter from Radio Shack and plugged everything in, and now wireless controller will not sync because controller sync button broke when I pressed it. I will never go back to this store again.

This Gamestop is a cozy little shop in a busy bit of town. Even tho the other two reviews are either negative or irrelevant, dont believe them. There was a ton of game choices, plenty of selection of consoles and in this busy holiday season there was a deal on refurbished Wiis that couldnt be beat, came with a free one-year warranty! The gentlemen behind the counter were quite helpful and happy.

Bought a ps3 from them and had return it got another one then had a problem with that one then they end up giving the same one I took back the first time now I have to return it again and hopefully I will get one that works

some reviewers need to get a life. this is for people who actually want to hear relevant feedback. ANYWAY the place is great gets busy but they work it out WAY better than gamers hq which is awful
