Lord all mighty. Never buy consoles here, I was attend by a smoker who just grabbed a Gamecube I picked and man did it smell terrible. But that not the point, the point is consoles there are dusty and hella dirty, I had to refurbish a Gamecube and a Dreamcast. There been a little problem with laser and spinner on both consoles. But they work, but man. Oh man. They were absolutely dirty without a doubt. The gamecube had intense scratches and scuff marsk with dirt and dust inside. Same thing goes with the dreamcast but worse. Also the controllers were a HASTLE to clean. Dirt inside and out, as for the games, well thats the best part of games galore. My friend buys pretty well Gameboy advance games there, BUT be warned you need to keep an eye of which one is fake. But thats not a problem since they put the fake ones where no one could see it haha. But in conclusion, never buy consoles but games are pretty swell. Still the consoles were beyond overpriced. Thats gamecube was 66$, ok listen. I see better quality Gamecubes on Ebay for 20$ less. And oh man dont get me started with the dreamcast. Anywho, enough of my rambling just take a good eye of what you see, have a good day!

I only gave them a star because I cant give them zero. I purchased a Super Nintendo for a gift, it was the last one in stock and the guy that sold it to me told me they had actually just tested it out. I made the mistake of trusting not verifying, the system did not work. I brought the cables in (Best I could get from the person I gifted it to, before they were able to mail the system) to have them checked and see if they were the issue, one guy had no problem helping me but some lady kept asking condescending questions and sarcastic statements "well its kind of hard to know whats wrong if you dont bring the console in". I recommend a healthy dose of skepticism when purchasing from them and do not expect friendly customer service.

I bought a game on friday and i went back sunday to trade it in because my kids didnt like it. The game we selected was cheaper and they ripped me off the left over cash. All because i didnt have the receipt which shouldnt matter because i had just bought the game hours before. Overpriced and the staff are ignorant kids. Not long before they go out of business. I just went to value pawn and bought 3 games for the same price of that 1 game i bought from here (games galore). I ALSO saw that same game for just 4 dollars at value pawn.

Do not shop here. I bought Diablo 3 for $39 took it to my car and checked the price at GameStop. GG charges $13 more than GS. I took the game back in and pointed out the price difference. The rep told me that the game should have been marked down. But he wouldnt give me a refund or the price difference because I left the store for 3mins with the game. I guess its worth it to burn a customer for $13 and lose the customer forever. I can afford the $13. Time will tell if Games Galore can afford the awful customer service.

Excellent staff. Didnt catch the name of the guy who serviced me, but he did a great job. Huge selection of GameCube games, and other classics. Selling N64s and Gameboys. The games are not overpriced at all, and Im pretty sure they clean and refurbish their games, but Im not exactly sure. I thought so because I purchased two GameCube games and I couldnt find a single scratch on them at all, and they were preowned with a price as low as 7-10 bucks on most games. Way better than GameStop. 5 stars well deserved.

Rudest experience yet went to look at buying a game and system but found they only cover system for 30 days tried to return it after just purchasing the guy chuckled and said we only return for in store credit. so I am supposed to use that money for their way overpriced games. he then said just give me it all back and refused to sell to us again because we wanted to keep the game disc. Very sketchy store wouldnt waste my time there ever again.

Ive been coming here for over a decade. Might have changed locations but still the same. A great place to get the video games and collectables that no one else has. Old games and systems and a large selection of game related oddities. Prices are reasonable and most of the staff is super knowledgeable. Will always be on my stop by every now and then list. Just to see what new cool stuff they have gotten in stock. Love em.

its great selection of games the big concern are the games are way too over priced like heres an example Sonic R for the Sega Saturn they want 30 dollars when you can buy it online for less than half that price but this isnt the only game thats insanely priced. a lot of old games in the store are. just because something old doesnt mean its worth a lot. overall its not terrible but the prices the big problem of the store

I recently had been hit with some nostalgia, and went looking for some games/systems i use to play when I was a teenager. Found this glorious store and everything i needed and my favorite game. I had a problem with the AV cord for the system i bought, and the owner replaced it free of charge. I love this place, and I will continue to shop here first and recommend them to all my friends. 11 out of 10 for sure!

Two stars for a good selection, although overpriced in my opinion. I walked in with a pocketful of cash to spend, but was rushed out three minutes before closing time. The guy that works the counter was douchrespectful. I believe your business is only as good as your customer service, especially when they have money to spend and the rent in this plaza is astronomically high.

Literally the most pathetic retro video game store Ive been to in Jax. They dont sell console emulators, and wanted $80 for used SNESs. They sell for $25 on ebay, usually with games included. The clerk said they come with brand new power supplies. Gee, thats worth the extra $55? What a joke. Video Game Rescue on Blanding puts this place to shame.

A shop for true gamers. This store not only carries the latest games for next generation consoles, but also includes classic games and consoles, as far back as NES. This is the kind of store experienced gamers love. The staff is knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for the best games both new and old.

Games Galore is a great game store. After callin around 7 diffrent stores games galore had the game i was looking for and everyhting else i needed. Wonderful customer service he had my game on the counter and waiting for my arrival! They every games for any console and movies for your GF lol I choose games galore over game stop any day

Indeed. Most of all the reviews are true. (Of course that critic will make exceptions to the rule to complain) No complaints here. Mom and Pop store game stores do not really exist anymore...If you want good customer service and 100% fulfillment on all of your gaming needs, why go to Game Stop?.Games Galore is where you want to go.
