Most of the employees are very nice & helpful. The problem is with the manager who blantaly rips people off. Ive exchanged many things here & each time have gotten ripped off big time. Ive literally seen the computer screen with the trade in value on it. Of course when he sees you trying to peek he casually turns the screen away more.

They are sum of the koolest pple. They are knowledgeable about music,movies & games. If they dont know they will help. Yeah,maybe sum items are overpriced but what would you expect when so many of us go their to buy used cheaply priced items.

Very helpful! The African American woman (with purplish hair,) was quite informative and although it was 10 minutes passed closing time, she never rushed us...and still continued to pull CDs out for us. Highly recommend them!

I walked in with a wii and 8 or ten brand new games, left out with 50$ wtf. Then i come back theyre selling the wii alone for 75$ and those video games for 15$ each THIS STORE IS A RIPOFF MY ADVICE IS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ... SAD

They ripped me off, came in with brand new stuff, got 35 dollars,came back a few days later and the things I got 35 dollars for they where selling for over a 100$!!!!! Smfh DONT GO THEYLL ROB YOU BLIND
