I am extremely happy and with Green Mountain Horse and Tack. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a young lady named Mickie. I explained to her, that I just purchased my first horse and that I was a novice in regards to horsemanship. I had a lot of questions that needed answered and that is where Green Mountain excelled. Mickey took the time to educate me on all the essentials. She was extremely knowledgeable in helping me decide what saddle would work best. Mickie even met me at the boarding stables to measure and fit my horse with the proper saddle. I am so impressed with the care and concern that I received. Green Mountain treated me like I was a V.I.P. The personal attention and genuine concern that I was shown was beyond any of my expectations. Today I received a phone call from Mike ( the owner ) just to follow up with me on my experience. I am a business owner myself and I would have to say that Green Mountain sets the standard in obtaining customer satisfaction. I will only do business with them and I will refer everyone to them. Thank you Mickie and Mike for everything!

This is a GREAT tack shop!!!! I live in the Akron area and this is the closest tack shop for me. The staff is AWESOME!!! Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful! They give a personal touch that the larger shops just dont have!!! I feel comfortable asking questions, and if there is something that you want and they dont have it, they will get it!!! They also do custom work and it is GORGEOUS!!!! If you want super binged out tack, this is the place!!! They will customize your tack and you will be unique!!! Everyone will want to know where you got your awesome tack!! (They do helmets too!) Give them a chance, You wont be disappointed!!!
