Rachel went above and beyond to find me the most comfortable tennis shoes and flip flops! I normally hate shopping for shoes. But Rachel made it an extremely pleasant experience! Thank you!! She probably deserves a raise. You dont want to lose her! She explained and examined my feet way better than any other store Ive ever been to. Love Brooks tennis shoes & Spenco flip flops for my high arch and inward foot rotation. And recent right foot increased pressure feels better in these shoes. I know this sounds over the top but I seriously think the products, store & Rachel deserve even kinder words than I can think up. Thank you Rachel & Run Shoppe!

I am extremely disappointed in the run shop! The owner will only do exchange and gift cards no refunds. They based that off of Brooks return policy. So I called Brooks they said 100% money back guarantee and free shipping back. Unfortunately I purchased them threw a brick and mortar store and not directly threw the manufacturer. So for now on Im going the way of most consumers and going to use stores like the run shop to try on product but buy them threw the manufacturer.

I have been going to this establishment since inception and have always gotten excellent results and service. Their return policy is very fair (considering you are returning used shoes) and the staff is very knowledgeable on all aspects of running and equipment. If you want to run injury free you need to see these folks! Recommend highly!

I will never return to this store again. The owner refused to let me try on a pair of shoes after I mentioned buying them online for a better price. She then called me a terrible person and insulted my judgment for wanting to save $60 on a pair of brooks shoes. Im very disappointed.

Just got introduced to the Run Shoppe and Rachel! She got to know me, assessed my stride and foot placement, measured my feet because apparently I havent done that in a while and was wearing a size and a half too small! Great fit now and Ill be back! Thank you Rachel.

Fantastic shoes. I bought a pair of running shoes 3 years ago for running and exercising. The shoes were around $100. I felt welcome in the store, and the owner helped pick out a pair of shoes that matched my gait. 3 years later, the shoes still hold up just fine!

Best shop for running shoes. Expect to go for multiple trial runs while your movements are evaluated for the most successful fit. Really knowledgeable owner that cares and is also aware of ones budget. This is the only place I go for running gear and advice.
