I was injured in this store on their inversion table they had out on display and was put together wrong; it slammed me violently backwards and my neck popped; I wasnt able to eat solid food for 7 months, then I had to get my neck fused at C6-C67. Ive been needing more neck surgeries for few years, and have been facing 3-4 more levels fused vs. artificial disc replacement, which I can not afford. The owner has been fighting me getting the medical attention/surgeries Ive need throughout this debilitating and disabling complete life changer. I need this neck surgery so that I can get my neck stabilized structurally, so that I can be "able" again. Able to live, able to do, able to hold up my head without getting sick from constant pain and stabbing. Every single day and night I have to lay on ice and ice my neck because of the severity of the inflammation. I dont understand why I havent been able to get the surgeries I need. The stores motto they had at the time of my injury was to "try it before you buy it" . I owned my own inversion table back then (that was purchased from Gaiam Living Arts), and loved it and lived on it daily back then for over 5 yrs. So, because of that, my cousin wanted me to go there and help her find a good one. Who wouldve ever thought that my dear friend put such great care in putting my inversion table together right and a stores that was out on display wasnt put together correctly, nor was it checked and tested properly prior to it being put out on display for customers to get on it and "try it before you buy it". And to think of what a small world it really is: Years ago, my Grandmother trained the owner of this store at Belks in merchandising. He even attributes all hes learned to her, my Grandmother; well, in certain circles he does. I even worked for him there at Belks when I was in High School years ago. I remember my Grandmother telling me as a kid that he was such a good young man, and I had always admired and respected him, that is, until this injury and Ive seen (& have had to live) how he has chose to handle and fight my getting the much needed medical help/surgeries I need in order for me to be physically able again. I have always been one that if something in Life knocks you down, you get back up. Thats what Ive been fighting to do ever since this injury. This injury has caused me to miss out on Living; on everything.. youd be really surprised how hard it is to hold up your head after an injury like this damages your neck. I am very thankful that it did not paralyze me and I hope and pray that it doesnt ever happen. Ive been told by my doctors that if I fall or am hit in a car accident, or something of that nature, that it is extremely likely that I will be paralyzed . I hope and pray that I will be able to get the artificial disc replacement surgery so that I can have a real chance at Living again <3

The PIAS palace off South Florida was very helpful. The manager had goofy long hair but was extremely welcoming. The most helpful of all employees however was Jake. He was also quite easy on the eyes; 10/10 would recommend. If you ever stop by make sure you STOP, and bring in used equipment to trade in toward your next purchase. And I know when that hotline bling.

They were very knowlegeable of the products I was looking at for my 4 year old granddaughters 1st year of TBall & The prices were fantastic! I even bought a 2nd pair of cleats for $10 & an actual T for $25 & got an extra discount for texting a code at the register!

Great place to find all kind of sports and excercise equipment, bicycles and water gear. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Bring your old stuff and they will buy it, wont be much but if you sign up for their emails you get some really good coupons.

Found a great pair of used cleats for $10! They primarily have baseball, golf, and exercise equipment, but they also have great deals on other things like paddleboards.

The workers on the floor are extremely helpful. The owner how ever is a duck that wouldnt let one of the workers help us out.
