Brought in a VHS tape to have converted to a DVD as a Christmas gift. The clerk asked me to put a deposit down because theyd recently had a customer not come back to get a VHS to DVD conversion, so I put a $10.00 deposit down. I received a call from Postal Plus a week later stating the VHS tape was blank. I found this odd, but came in to pick up the "blank" tape. I retrieved the tape and then asked for my deposit back. The clerk said Id only receive $1 and a few cents back because of the cost of sending the tape out to be converted. After some haggling, they only agreed to give me $5.00 back. I was disgusted by this point and just took my $5 bucks and left. I went directly to a friends house (who still had a VCR), put the tape in and hit play. Guess what?? Not blank.

had to ship some TVs. FedEx website said they were the closest. They charged $10+ extra each package. Would have saved $35 by going to the FedEx store. Would not recommend using there shipping services.
