Its super nicely built new store.. kudos to the owners of the store for making this store in Mt. Dora as it will be very convenient for us to ship all important documents to our customers. The owners are pretty friendly and courteous they have gone all the way out to help us and that for us was very touchy. before this we use to go to the near by store but they were not so friendly and helpful. They never have helped us to even to showed interest in the work we do. I think if this guys will continue like this then they will have a great future and success is never away from them.. keep rocking guys and keep doing great work.. Cheers.

Generally, I find most UPS stores offer great service with a smile. But this store goes BEYOND that and provides a tremendous level of service. I went in with a carload of glassware that needed to be shipped via UPS ground and Sunny and his team made short work of the packing, provided a fair price and arranged payment so that I could get on my way. Since you have a choice in how you ship things, I encourage you to utilize this store and support and owner who really understands great customer service. (Sunny even phoned me to let me know things were on their way.) A great UPS store.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences here. We rent a box at this location for our business mail. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They let me know each time a package has arrived and when I need to come in during business hours to sign for something. Sometimes I am running errands after normal business hours so having a pin code for after-hours access to the mail box is super convenient.

Really enjoy working with Sunny at my home town Mount Dora UPS store. I own an air conditioning business, and need quite of bit of his services so I can take care of our customers!
