I refuse to patronize this store anymore. It is a shame, because it is the closest UPS store to my house at less than a mile away. However, I have had repeated bad experiences. One instance, I was told I couldnt get a receipt for several items that had pre-printed, pre-paid labels. I was told it was because "It takes too much time and we dont make anything on it". Another time, I had a label that was printed by someone with a bad ink cartridge and it wouldnt scan properly. They suggested I re-print the label on their public use computer terminal, which I did. They never mentioned that there would be a charge for it and charged me $4 for "Computer Usage". When I asked him why he didnt tell me in advance he said "The sign says there will be a charge for computer time". Another time, I brought in boxes that had the word "Wine" on them and he refused to ship them stating "We cant ship wine". I offered to black out the labels and he still refused, trying to sell me a new box. I told him to f*&k off and went up the street to ship them at another store with no issue.

Unlike some of the other people there, Ive had a pleasant experience at this location. The staff have always been friendly to me, and Ive never had any problems. The products and services there are very pricey. Any of the products/services there are overpriced compared to the Wallgreens or Marcs not to far down the street. The pricing for UPS is more business tailored, not consumer based. Its a premium service, and therefore, pricing is at a premium compared to say USPS. However, the people there are friendly (at least to me), and Ive had a positive experience at this store.

Always had a great experience until the day after Christmas the woman working was rude and defensive and seemed to not want to be there. The customer in the store was more helpful and kinder.
