This was the first time I have used an online print company. I have been so impressed with the service. There is such a lack of customer service anymore, its rare when you find it. Richard was so prompt with emails and SOOOO helpful with my order, he went above and beyond in helping me with my order. I couldnt believe that he was being so helpful (again, not typical anymore) I received it fast and then ordered more once I saw the quality. He has been more helpful then any local company I have done business with. I already tell anyone in business I know to use him. I will continue to use this company and refer anyone I know to use him as well! The best service!!!

Rich went out of his way to re-do a portion of what I submitted in order to improve the image quality. The end result was perfect!
