Called up this Goodwill this evening to check to see what time they will take donations until. Lady on phone told me they will take donations until 9pm. My husband loaded his truck with a computer desk and drove it to the Goodwill to donate prior to 9pm. The young employee working in the donation drop off center refused to take the desk as it was after 8:30pm and he told him the policy states they are not allowed taking donations after 8:30pm. My husband came home upset because if he knew about the 8:30pm time deadline he wouldnt have wasted his time and would have waited until tomorrow evening. I called back the store and spoke with the same lady and told her what happened and she told me that her employee must not know the correct policy but that they do accept donations until 9pm. She told me to come back and they would take it. We did not go back as we did not want to waste more time as we did not want to get there again and have the desk refused due to the time. Its very disapointing that a place would refuse a donation due to a time discrepency without checking with management at the time. One would think all donations would be accepted as donations are needed and help out those who are less fortunate.

A pleasant experience, and when you first walk in the store doesnt have that um "smell" some stores do. A good medium sized store with a decent variety of items. You can spend some time in the store looking around, have plenty to see, and not have that "oh thats it" feel you do some places. Also a decent selection of menswear which is sometimes a challenge elsewhere.

Not the biggest store, buts it tucked away and hidden. Found some nice electronics at this store before. And they were SUPER low priced. (compared to N Olmsted or Middleburg Heights) As with any goodwill store, its all about timing. If your first to get to it, your in luck.

This place is pretty pathetic. Things are not really kept up. The selection is small and it just doesnt look like anyone cares about the appearance of the store. Look elsewhere for better options.

Prices are fair, especially with daily specials. If you have patience and stop in occasionally, one can find what your looking for. I am delighted to be a regular customer.
