When my favorite thrift store "Unique Thrift" closed and the owners took over this place the hope was that they would import the things they had from that store to this very over priced store. INSTEAD they took what they knew and made this store even worst. Gone are the half price Mondays but there is a half price coupon to be found in local residents getting the coupon in their mailboxes. There is so much non-working junk on the shelves (electronics) that this is more like a flea market than a thrift store. We normally look for lingerie and this store does have a few pieces but on several occasions I have asked why their price is HIGHER than the store tag attached? There is no way used lingerie can cost $15-20 unless it belong to J-Lo or some superstar. Shame that the Salvation Army Thrift store yields better goods and prices and they are even higher than the Cleveland location. The only way you can get to the normal retail price is with a 50% off coupon or with their store punch card. TOO much fuzz about what will soon be seen on garage sales all over the place and that season is just about to start. When the signs go up on local streets I will be paying more attention and looking for good items rather than fish though Value World and arguing for management to at least go with the attached store tag for pricing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!!!!! I havent been to this store in months,due to the ridiculous high prices for the garbage they sell.I decided to stop by today and to my surprise....nothing had changed.Dont attempt to check something out in their so called showcase,the uneducated,waste of life cashiers will look at you with the dumbest face imaginable,as if you can open the damn glass case yourself.Anything electronic is either broken,WAY outdated or covered in mold! (But will still cost $20 WTF) Buying from this store is equlivilant to buying from a homeless crackhead that lives under the 480 bridge.This store probably would have burned down long ago,if it wasnt for everything being moldy and covered in basement juice.Its a perfect representation of the city of Bedford. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Store represents the area of North Randall and Warrensville Heights, SAD Update. Thank you so much for the response. Ironically, due to how bad your Northfield location was, I have shopped at the Lakewood location. It is like night and day. The store is nicer, the employees are nicer, the selection is better and thanks to excellent service by the #26 bus line it is much easier to get to as well. (I live closer to Northfield, but the bus service is bad). It is nice changes have been made at your Northfield location, but Ill continue to shop at Lakewood. Thank you.

There was no good merchandise on the floor to use the 50% coupon on, not a single piece of furniture or toys rugs, pictures or gadgets. I took pictures with my phone along with other regular shoppers. The coupons were a rip off at the Northfield store in Ohio. You need to extend the dates if you are going to keep good customers who spend the $25 in order to come back and spend again. Some of us come a great distance and we all dont buy clothes!!! We are furious to say the least!!!

The employees buy more merchandise than is in the store. I have seen with my own eyes,employees come out with hampers and carts full of merchandise to "buy". Its funny that there is no gold or silver in the jewelry showcase, but the managers are walking around with it around their necks.

Larger than salvation army but that doesnt mean they have more.actually less as its spread out a lot more than salvation army.prices are kind of expensive for the condition some of the clothes are in.

Beware if you are out of town the place is in a ghetto and the merchandise in the store follows suite. I didnt feel safe in the store or parking lot.
