My son and grandson were stranded in Sunbury, OH and Gary at Advanced Auto Parts took a belt to my son and even helped him put it in!! This is the type of service that I admire, and Gary went above and beyond what I asked of him. Excellent!! I shop at advanced a lot and feel their pricing is competitive. This last time I went in though the girl that works the counter gave me attitude and its not the first time seeing that. Get friendlier service techs or Ill take my business across the street to your competitor.

I hate knowing more than the employees but its not hard to do here. Best bet is to order on line and pick it up in store. The employees really dont know any more than you can figure out by yourself online. If you need auto parts advice there is NAPA across the street.
