Walked into the store greeted with "can I help you find anything?" We said no. I walk down to the isle with hair colors. Lean down and hear "uh we close in two minutes just so you know. " in like a snippy attitude. I realize they didnt have yellow temporary hair color. So I walk up front and ask the two girls. (One standing at the door just waiting for us to leave) and the other behind the counter. I asked if they have any yellow in the back. The girl at the door walks past us and hops up on the counter to sit and says "who wants to dye their hair yellow?! No one does that!!" I said "ummm I do thats why I asked. " this girl then tries telling me to buy secondary colors to make a primary color. My 10 year old daughter is with me who laughs at this girl and has to explain to her that you cant make a primary color with secondary colors. If youre going to have a job at a beauty place please have basic knowledge of colors hahaha. This girl shouldnt be working there. With the attitude and this ignorant comment about the color. I wish Alexa was back there. She was wonderful and always helped. Never gave out an attitude. Was always willing to help and ask what I was doing with my hair. Helped with fun ideas as well. I live in streetsboro but because of that girl Ill drive to aurora now.

Would be nice to not be greeted with an eyeroll and a sigh from Alyssa H. Every time Ive asked her a question her response is short and full of attitude. Ill be taking the extra time to drive somewhere else if there are going to be unfriendly employees at the Streetsboro location.
