I will never go to that store again. I went to purchase an item and the sticker price was $2.99. The clerk said it was marked wrong and that the price was $3.99. I couldt understand how the item was marked incorrectly when it was behind the counter with the clerk. It was not just one of the items, it was the whole rack (about 3 more left on the rack). She pulled the sticker off then asked if I wanted the item for $3.99. I said, "No, the sticker shows $2.99." The $1.00 difference is not the problem. The problem is you are not supposed to change a sticker price on an item in front of a customer. You are supposed to sell the item to the customer at the listed price and change the price on the remaining items after the customer has left the store. I have a business degree and have taken some Law clasess as well. I know what is right and what is wrong. I left the store and purchased the item some place else. People will try to get over on you if you let them. Im wondering how many people they have pulled that off on. I had to let the clerk know that I am no fool. It is the principle of the matter.

Ive shopped here many years and drove to them because they offer a wide variety of products and theres no store of this type where I live. However customer service stinks now. Depending on who you ask for assistance the attitude is short, curt, and that theyre doing you a favor. I was even asked to leave my "bag"at the counter... I was appalled as it was my personal Prada handbag. After pointing out how ludicrous and degrading this was (to another employee) they changed their tune but said it was because its big. Needless to say Ill just drive my dollars elsewhere.

Very rude store mngr., will not give you any price(s) of any items; over the phone!!! It seems they dont have respect for other nationalities, unless youre an Asian descent mainly Korean!!! Definitely pay attention from where you buy your hair-care items - USA.
