I will never step foot in this hair store again. They accused my daughter of stealing these cheap glasses that she tried on. I work hard and will never steal but these people came up to the car and threaten to post a video of her stealing and she even opened her purse to show them she didnt steal. At that point he claimed he "had the wrong girls" and apologized. I went in the store and asked to see the video of her so called stealing and the entire looked at the video and clearly seen her put the glasses back. I work hard and i make money and they accused her of stealing some $5 glasses. After I threaten to sue they then offered to give me a discount on a wig. LMAO I did not take the offer and Im in the process of a law suit.They follow you all over the store and look at everything you do. Thats very uncomfortable. Not everybody steals.

So far 5 stars.. ive been passing this store for fear of being followed around, though I am black girl, that doesnt stop most owners from assuming I will steal ..But what they dont know is that I am a business owner looking to work with a store.. I was happy to find that they were very nice, No racial slurs, No ghetto jokes, not offensive on this day.. which I experience everytime I go into a hairs supply owned by non blacks and that has always rubbed me the wrong way.... They had very helpful employees, the girls were super nice and knowledgeable and YES the store is actually well organized and very clean. Which is rare in this community.But goes far with customers like me. I will be back to do business with them again.

Called the store looking for a specific product. The young lady said they had the product in-store but was unable to give me a price over the phone. Later, the same evening, I walk into the store looking for said product and was told they do not carry it!!!! Unacceptable customer service in my opinion....Was disappointed after the phone call and beyond disappointed after leaving the store!

Very clean snd cheap store. The workers and bosses are very nice and helpful. They always have discounts. Their prices are very reasonable and they keep true to their words. I recommend everyone buy their stuff from here. No where beats this store. Keep up the good work. And the manager tony is nice and helpful. I love tony.

Use to love this store now its terrible!!! Cant walk around in peace without somebody constantly following you asking do you need help ! Even with somebody helping you the owners have more people looking trying to see what you are doing . News flash not everybody steals !!! Will never shop here again

Huge selection of "everything". An employee helped me find exactly what I wanted. Although the staff was courteous, I felt very uneasy due to all the eye-cutting (side-eyes), being closely watched, and the fake smiles with cold face.
