Unfortunately, I did not get Brittany to help me, and my sales person, Helen had an attitude. After showing me a product for fit with an adaptor comb. I was shown a crappy attitude because I was not able to wait for her to re-package the unit she was showing me.I was giving it as a gift and had very little time left on my break. I felt disrepected and will never shop at this location again, thanks to her snide comments... Apr 10th 2012

When I visited the Southgate location everyone had an attitude like you are bothering them or that they did not have time to assist me. I thought if I went to the Beachwood location on Chagrin it would be better but they were the same. I will not be returning. I do not recommend this place due to poor customer service.
