I arrived at the store about 20 minutes before closing and quickly browsed the aisles as it was my first visit. Not once did anyone offer to help me find anything. I selected several items and made it to the register just before the 9:00 closing time. I had a couple of questions for the cashier as she was ringing up my purchase and she seemed to be bothered by them and did not respond to each verbally. RUDE!!! I liked the variety of products offered and the prices on the items I purchased, but tonight the customer service SUCKED!!!! I will give the store another try in the near future and hopefully my next visit will be better.

I didnt know what I wanted but the manager Ann helped me and she knew what she was talking about. Many ppl who work at Beauty Supply stores dont know their products or dont know about weaves. She made sure her staff knew what they was selling. Im happy with my hair and my experience. I will continue to shop there and dont take my word for it, go there and shop for yourself and make sure you ask for Ann!!
