Great wigs but horrible customer service. A female Black Assistant was helping me with a wig, and I decided to buy. She was so nice I started to look at other wigs. Then, one of the ladies with Asian decent came to the area and started fussing at the lady helping me saying she was missing three wigs out of their places on the wall. When I said to the lady, thats enough for us. Thats our que to go. The Asian decent lady looks at my wig lying on the counter and says I have four wigs out of place. No chicka, that fourth wig is not your wig. I wore that into this store. Talked down to the lady helping me and made me so uncomfortable my family and I left without purchasing anything. We are serious wig lovers and could have easily purchased four wigs each. But no mam, would only recommend this place if that lady wasnt working. Told the other lady, who must have been the owner, that her assistant was rude and she didnt seem shocked at all. Btw... Amazon had the wig cheaper by $15!!
